Péssimo! Café da manhã não tinha manteiga. Dispenser de suco estava entupido. O quarto cheirava a mofo, e tinha somente uma toalha de banho. Nenhuma de rosto. Tivemos que pedir três vezes e demorou bastante até que nos trouxeram mais toalhas. Tentamos abrir a janela para atenuar o cheiro de mofo, mas o quarto não tinha janela. Somente um vidro que não abria. Fui enganado por ser um hotel “By Marriotts”. Nunca mais!

Hotel is simple. You have to ask for towels at reception. They should offer you towels before you head to your room. They lock them up.

it was imposible to find the airport shuttle

Once we checked in it took 3 attempts back and forth to get into a room. Maintenance people couldn’t even get in the room. Once we got into a new room we had no towels. Had to wait for towels to be delivered.

Bastante básico y nada especial... La única ventaja es la ubicación muy cerca del Aeropuerto.... La peor parte fue cuando el disque encargado de servicios se puso a discutir conmigo (huésped) por no querer regalarme un agua embotellada... Vaya que míseros la vdd, en cualquier parte del mundo te regalan agua para beber sin tanto drama!!!

Proche de l’aéroport ce qui est un plus, a cote d’un immense centre commercial extérieur de l’autre cote de la rue. Par contre les option de restauration sont limite a l’hôtel donc peu de choix, aucun restaurant ou épicerie a distance de marche. Tres loin de cancun et de la zone hôtelière. Pas de transport vers l’aéroport avec l’hotel. Vous devez prendre un taxi ou un uber. Le transfert de l’aéroport a pris 15 min et a coute 100$ us, du vrai vol.L’hotel en tant que tel est correct sans plus, vue ordinaire, chambre moderne, certaines installation sont très vétuste genre la piscine. Le déjeuner est très sommaire. Je ne crois pas que je retournerais.

The only reason we booked this hotel was because ******* over booked our previous stay, so it was last minute. Although the hotel looks nice in pictures and very welcoming I can testify that is about the only nice thing about this place. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned everyday and new towels. the tv was not working properly, the breakfast is technically NOT free and the food has no taste. The only options you have for free breakfast are mediocre. What I will say is majority of the staff are nice, but the place needs a WHOLE NEW management team. The only thing that is saving this place is the fact that is is directly across from an outlet so there are food options and if you are comfortable you can use uber, but be aware of the desperate taxi drivers. This hotel is only good for a one or two night stay to be close to the airport not for your entire stay.

The property was super dirty and the rooms were extremely small.

Continental beakfast with additional charge for the buffet of eggs, etc seemed cheap. 6-9 am time for breakfast seemed also non standard. No towels in the room and no sheets for the sofa bed. During breakfast at different points they ran out of plates, forks, etc. Holiday season so I sympathize how the the staff had to struggle with so many clients But the management needs to simply put the resources and staff to keep the quality at a level associated with the Marriot Brand. Right now it is not even close.

I don’t recommend this property

Mal servicio de las personas que atienden, mucho tiempo de espera para registrar, restauran cierran temprano, hay una mini tienda dentro todo carísimo y de pésima calidad

Hair in the bed sheets, in both beds. There were no towels at all in the bathroom, asked twice but they never arrived- still waiting lol

Terrible hotel. Doesn’t seems to be of marriott standard. Rooms didn’t have towels, when asked for the towels in the morning reception mentioned that it will take 1 hours to get it. I have never seen hotel without towel facility. I will never book it again or recommend to anyone
