The hotel is not very new, but it is very clean. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are attentive and kind. It makes us want to visit again.

房間很乾淨滿意，設施都很不錯。外面看上去有點舊，外需也在裝修，但入去後會發現環境都很不錯。 我提早到去寄存很李，如果當時酒店職員可以主動提出有guest card會更好，我到了晚上去取行李checkin時才被告知，但我當天已付費乘搭了公車。員工都很好笑容，非常友善。早餐非常豐富，酒店還設有桑拿房可使用。 位置距離火車站有12-15分鐘，需要走一段斜路上去，路段挺斜的，我的行李箱較重推得很辛苦。

兩位前台人太好了，會幫你查遊玩時間路線。還會推薦餐廳。前台還會説簡單的中文，真的很用心。房間雖然小，但住了兩天越來越舒適。早餐那個豐富，特別細緻。各種麪包和醬，還有無限酸奶，咖啡暢飲。

説好給我免費升級家庭房，第二天換了一個女服務員要我補70歐。

酒店在小鎮的小山坡上，攜程訂的房給的位置不好，一樓臨馬路，車輛駛過有點吵，早餐環境還可以，比較豐富，大約700米外有大型超市

Motel is great with amazing views. Walking distance to town. The staff was great and friendly. Family of 4 and stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a balcony. Breakfast was great. Views galore from our room of the mountains and Eagles Nest. Just amazing

We visited from Atlanta, GA and truly enjoyed this picture perfect resort. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Upon arrival they offered us a glass of ICE water knowing that we were from the US and enjoyed ice water. It was raining and a little humid on our arrival. Not going to lie I was terrified of making it through the night with only a fan and no AC on a humid evening. To my surprise it was not that bad and the fan helped! They are currently adding a swimming pool which I’m sure will be an added amenity to this lovely and quaint hotel. My only recommendation to the owner is to maybe offer a portable AC to your American guests on hot and humid days. Other than the AC this hotel is the picture perfect representation of staying in a true German hotel just minutes from shopping & restaurants. Be sure to visit nearby Kings lake and take the lift to the top of the mountain. Best day of our trip was at this hotel and adorable German town.

Would highly recommend this hotel! Great location - everything within walking distance. Friendly, helpful & professional staff. Very clean property throughout. Lovely communal areas with big windows to take in the stunning views. Wide variety buffet breakfast - plenty of choice for all tastes. A new swimming pool & terrace area are due to open soon. We loved our stay at Alpina Ros and will definitely stay again when we next visit Berchtesgaden.

This is one of my favourite parts of Germany, and this hotel was a good place to stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the reception and common areas were modern (although Bavarian in nature) and clean. There was a decent amount of parking, although the car park at the back was very tight to move the car around... but we managed, despite having a large hire vehicle. The rooms we had were really good, and we had a balcony overlooking the majestic Bavarian scenery. We enjoyed a really good breakfast here. Loads and loads of choice, and quality ingredients. Certainly no complaints from anyone in our family. For evening meals, the town centre is not far away - less than ten minutes on foot (although it is up a slight slope to get there). In terms of access, the beautiul Koenigssee is less than ten minutes by car. Other nearby villages as worth a visit, too. Easy enough to get to Salzburg in neighbouring Austria (by train or car), as well as historical sites such as the so-called Eagle's Nest, there is so much to do here and the hotel acts as a perfect base. Would we stay here again if in Berchtesgaden... without a doubt.

Spent two nights. People at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. Room was sparkling clean. Breakfast offered a lot to choose from and was all very good. Easy walk into town to great restaurants. Saunas in the spa were small, but it was never very crowded. Nice to have that option at the end of the day. Parking a little tight but doable. Overall - a great stay. Would highly recommend.

Free on-site parking. Excellent location. Close to food options and supermarket. Room is big. Bathroom is on the small side but clean. Mattresses a bit old, sink in the middle but I guess this depends on your luck. Breakfast — wide variety.

This hotel was chosen by our tour guide, who has used it many times in the past. A clean and quaint small hotel centrally located in town. A good value for the money. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This is well situated hotel in Berchtesgaden although a little hard to locate via gps. It has plenty of parking and is near the train and bus station. The room was good but the extra we payed for the balcony and view of the mountains was fairly limited. The breakfast was outstanding and is served at 07:30 although we observed several attending earlier. Not sure if they received the same instructions as we did. One of the complaints we have about most hotels is they only provide one folding luggage stand. Inevitably. One of us has to put our luggage on the floor.

We recently stayed a few nights at the Hotel AlpinaRoss in Berchtesgaden and had a lovely stay. The hotel is situated along Sunklergäßchen which is easy enough to find with google maps. They have free parking around the hotel which is nice. The location is around 5 minute walk to Marketplatz, main sightseeing area and restaurants in town. The lobby and check-in area is modern and nice, as is the ground floor restaurant where breakfast is provided each morning. We were pleased with the quality of the breakfast food and drinks. Front desk service was incredibly friendly and helpful with providing guidelines and directions for our sightseeing around the Berchtesgaden area. Rooms are spacious, sufficient furnishing, fairly comfortable beds and nice terrace style balconies outside with nice views of the mountains in the distance. Bathrooms were in good condition. Room included TV, safe, good wifi, hairdryer, umbrella kettle with coffee and tea packets. No fridge in the rooms. Housecleaning was fine. Overall, it was a good room for the rates being charged. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Hotel AlpinaRos in Berchtesgaden. If you are driving and plan on spending much of your time out hiking or sightseeing during the day, it is a good place park, rest and call home for a few days. Very good possibility we will stay here again during future visits to Berchtesgaden.
