Perfectly located hotel with modern rooms and facilities. Would definitely stay again, friendly reception made the stay even better.

Beautiful location. But amenities need to be upgraded. The room given to me had only the very basics such as soap, shampoo etc but no kettle, cups, coffee teabags, fridge which now are i believe standard for for hotels.

It was an awesome place to stay. Location was close to UNESCO site.

Simple style and clean. But I prefer to have a folded table and a chair. The room is a little bit small and the window cannot close. I have told the staff but no action has done. The single bed is also small. I prefer to change it to a sofa bed and can change to a semi-bed when necessary. Very nice breakfast. Good security. Staff are nice and helpful (except the window case). Enjoy have a bottle of beer in the hotel pub. Frankly to speak, the price is too expensive. It is the truth that Norway has high living rate but I really don't think a small room worth around US$250 per night. Prefer to have a small open space in the hotel for smoking.

Hotel location is very good. Next to all the mini cruise. And main train station short walk.

Location: Very good Breakfast: Has a good variety of healthy options Service: I gave two stars for the service. This is because I was given a handicapped room without any communication which I found out when I saw the room. I then request for a new room which was accepted but no apology/explanation was given. The reception should have asked me with a handicapped room.

Overall, wanted a hotel chain that was not involved in anything controversial and had good sustainability records. This hotel was authentic and built in the early 20th century and best of all had Scandinavian/Norway roots which is what I was looking for! The hotel was in an excellent location in a city centre and it was easy to walk everywhere, the train station, the taxi from the airport dropped us off right outside the hotel, the funicular and museums and wharf were all within 10-15 minutes away. Many shops and restaurants are nearby too. The breakfast was good, a range of fresh jam and the bread was of good standards. They had a nice cinnamon bun and waffle, so it was good to try their authentic snacks. They had melon and fruits as well with a selection of cheese, I liked their brown cheese the best personally. The welcoming hotel lady 'upgraded' us to a nice room with a view of the Bryggen Wharf and beautiful mountains, quite similar to the view you would find in the breakfast room too. It was a clean, spacious room with soft bedding which made it a comfortable stay. There was some noise from the main road which the reception warned us about as it is close to the night activities but thanks to the blacked out curtains and our deep sleep we didn't get affected by it. We had the option to change if we wanted but we were happy with it. The only downside I would say is the singles beds were together for the room as we thought it was double but it was very comfortable though and we had a good sleep. If it was stapled together it might be better so it doesn't move when in the edges. All in all, a friendly hotel in a perfect location.

Perfect location with good views over the harbour area. I had a front facing room and even though I stayed mid week it was still very noisy until the early hours. The room itself was clean, modern and the breakfast was good. Fill up on it to avoid paying out for a lunch! Amenities were just ok. There were no tissues, no milk for coffee and it was a pretty cramped room. That said, it was great value. And I'd recommend it. Staff were really helpful too and able to arrange a taxi on a busy Easter weekend when I couldn't arrange anything myself.

Good location

I spent about a week here and the location is just terrific. The rooms are on the small side and mine didn't support a desk. It appears a lot of people use the dining room as the office when breakfast is not being served, the lobby as well. And it works! The service is solid, with more smiles from some staff than others.

Ptima hotel. Het staat in het centrum naast de haven. Echt perfecte plek. Kamers en bedden zijn goed. Ontbijt is van weterdklasse. Vriendelijk en professionele medewerkers.

地理位置極佳，對於旅行者來説就是不二選擇，機場出來坐快線坐到頭，下車按導航走100米就到了，小城不大，到哪裡都是走幾步，所以住在這裏吃吃喝喝逛逛都非常好👍

位置就在魚市，房間窗外正對布呂根和佛洛依恩山，晚上會有點吵。衞生一言難盡，幾乎就是衹擺擺床單和物品，比其他斯堪迪克酒店差很多。
