Where to begin….. the customer service was impeccable. The cleaning staff were very thorough and kind. The room was chic and comfortable. A big Thank you to Selin, Rita, Millie, Nikole and Evans for making my first stay in Berlin one for the books. 👏🏽

Stunning view, good location, large room that has everything, including a little kitchen! The bed could be a tiny bit more comfortable, but it's a very small issue. Staff is very kind and everything feels cozy. Heartly recommend it if you stay in Berlin.

Really late with my review (Nov 2024). Hotel was really nice, nicely decorated, everything was clean. The room was amazing, clean. Everything was comfy and spacious. The hotel has the best shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap ever. A staff member told me they have it specially made for them and I love when hotels go the extra mile to being quality service. another example is the creative look of their card holder, looks really cool. Their service is great. The staff are the most polite and sweet people ever. They try so much to accommodate the guests. I've had the opportunity to listen to several staff members talk with the guest and honestly can say they've all been super nice. Shoutout to the staff member, fellow citizen, hvala na razgovoru :) I have to admit I couldn't figure out how to use the french press for coffee (even after googling it didn't turn out well) so I was a bit lost there lol, but I don't hold it against you guys. I just bought some 3in1 coffee packets from the nearby store :). The tea, milk, coffee provided look super cute btw.

A lively place during the day that becomes quiet and peaceful at night, with a serene view over the river. Friendly staff and a lovely café added to the experience. And last but not least, the great location—close to both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn—was incredibly convenient, not only for getting around the city but also for reaching the airport. The hotel, and especially the room, was beautifully designed. The wooden floor and furniture made me feel at home. It was the best-designed hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Brilliant vibrant hotel, staffed by enthusiastic, helpful, and above all friendly people. Close to a main train station and south facing bar terrace overlooking the river Spree. Small but excellent restaurant with thoughtfully cooked menu. Will definitely stay again
