Hotel is centrally located, clean, modern, great breakfast, professional staff, most of them speak German, English and Spanish. Walkable to the museums, Berlin cathedral, Brandenburg Tor. Shopping nearby, galleries Lafayette. Mall of Berlin about 25 mins walking. Public transportation next to hotel, Uber very convenient. App works great in Berlin.

Friendly staff, great location, rooms are airy and not congested. Beds are comfortable. We had a great stay. Breakfast options are great. Relaxing time at the sauna. Swimming pool looked good. We didn't use though. The surroundings are great too. Shopping options are great. Great restaurants in the vicinity. Overall an excellent property! Highly recommend.

Carla at the front desk was very helpful. This property was very clean, fresh linen, clean bathrooms, breathable rooms. I would rate it as the best part of our holidays and stay.

Everything was good except wifi was slow and bad

Liked everything about this hotel. Staff, room and breakfast buffet were wonderful. The hotel is not close to any historical sites. So be prepared to do a lot of walking or ubers.

Great stay. We booked this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room itself was sizeable and comfortable and it could not be faulted. There was minimal noise from the nearby train station which did not impact any sleep.

The amenities, comfort and cleanliness was outstanding. I was however put off by the condescending attitude from some of the Reception staff.

A few nights into our stay we noticed the sink was leaking and that a pool of water had accumulated beneath. We immediately alerted the staff who told us not to worry and that a repairman would take care of the problem between 9-10 the following morning. No replacement room was available and no compensation was offered. We asked whether we should take our belongings with us while the repair was ongoing but were told that we can leave everything as is and inspect the results of the repair when we got back to the room. When we got back from our day trip the room appeared freshly cleaned and the sink was no longer leaking. We then noticed a bottle cap beside the lamp on the bedside table. We had never had any beverages in the room during our stay so we got suspicious. Sure enough, there were at least two beverages missing from the minibar! We once again alerted the hotel staff who got very defensive and told us: "You don't have to pay for that. Good night sir.", before abruptly terminating the call. They did not seem to care at all for the fact that the repairman had stolen from the hotel and possibly violated our privacy! Completely unacceptable!! If the repairman was not under supervision of the hotel staff he could have gone through our belongings, stolen items or obtaining private information. Despite a formal complaint the hotel did not seem to care and did not offer any kind of compensation.

*Was a nice hotel. Nice bar area with great breakfast. *didn’t like service of front desk because I down graded my room from Jr. Suit to regular room but they didn’t gave me refund after 7 people involved in process and didn’t understand why (no answer from them) they blame on each other.

Super Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl. Zentral gelegen.
