The rooms look as if they were recently redone and were very nice and clean. My only complaint is that if you are staying on the first floor it is a bit loud when people are walking up and down the stairs and above you. But overall, the room was excellent, we enjoyed the amenities, excellent location, and friendly staff.

Property was recently remodels and its nice but seems they purchase cheap stuff. The bathtub was very cheap and creaked when you when in the shower, the shower faucet is placed so high by the time it gets to a 5’ body it feels like a sprinkle. 20 mins to rinse out my hair. They drain stopper was not attached. The phone didnt work, the room was always hot and they said the air conditioner did not go on this time of year, we had to sleep with the windows open and it was snowing outside. The place itself is nice, just a few kinks to work out but I would stay there again.

This property was in a very convenient location. The lake was beautiful and it was very quiet. I stayed in the hotel instead of the cabin. The hotel was updated and nice I liked the room. There was a few things that I didn't like that i overlooked like the remotes not working possibly due to dead batteries. The door into the room was really difficult to open. The toilet flushed only sometimes. The main problem was the cleanliness of the room there was hair EVERYWHERE especially the beds. I called about it and was told that i could come and get linen. I was tired from a long drive but had to remake the beds and the hair was under the sheets, on the pillow cases it was disgusting. I went to the store and purchased Clorox wipes and just wiped everything down just to have a peace of mind regarding cleanliness. I spoke to the night staff as-well as the morning staff and they both brushed it off and showed zero concern. I think that if the room was cleaned properly it would have made a world of difference.

Place was very dusty, my fiancé couldn’t breathe from allergies. The worst part was that there was a constant high pitched ringing that did not stop the whole time. We lost so much sleep the first night that we packed up and left a day early.

This property is right on the lake with a stunning view and is so close to Snow Summit. The reception desk employees were so nice, and Harmony was accommodating and such a help. We will be staying here again.

It’s an amazing location but sadly very old furniture and beds. Overall nice place for a night or 2.

Carpet was filty dirty, sofa bed was dirty. Bith sofas were dirty and one broken. Matresses were terrible. You can feel the springs. Honestly it was a bad experience and we left a day before. For a $1200 this property is not worth it
