Overall experience was good Room was a bit small with no windows And there was strong smell of ******** coming from the toilet which is the only demerit.

Look that they have the largest flat screen tv''s. Netflix too. As still getting refurbished- most things are new. Love the normal and rainfall shower combination. Non-slip mat . This room. Unfortunately only had one pillow on my single bed- do need at least 2. Great that they have ordinary radiators you can turn up and leave stuff to dry on

I would like to recommend this hotel, friendly staff, good location, the price is cool

Better than expected from reading reviews did the job for a one night stay, room was decent size, bathroom was immaculate but towels were dirty in circle spots and no milk for the tea and coffee and TV was in an awkward position on the side wall but overall an ok stay would do again if needed

I lost my electric toothbrush and a cable charger and to date the hotel has not really helped as I reported on the day I lost it

Nice clean rooms and excellent location for shops and railway stations would book there again when I’m going to birmingham

There was no restaurant working, the toilet doesn't worth executives standard

Just average nothing fancy Walls quite thin I could hear convos and everything else 😁 from the next room  Location is great though very close to the station

The picture they have on their website for double standard bedroom is way too different then the real room.. they made a bed with two singles bed had a tiny lil space and tiny lil soap bar

Excellent location very grand hotel in a heart of birmingham.
