Nestled in a peaceful setting, guests can unwind in the serene atmosphere, unique with antiques, decor and misc. items like a turn table with ample albums to listen to. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the living room offers an additional space with a sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC during your stay. Date Trip Our stay was very enjoyable. The house is so cute. We loved the decor it felt like home. I love how the house is tucked away for a little bit more privacy. Our host was very kind and communicated quickly with us.

Nice House was great, very clean, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was not the best in town, but overall a very relaxing/cozy home and host was very helpful and attentive.

Loved it! “Ethyl’s Place” was even more charming than advertised. Just less than a mile from the heart of downtown Blanco, it sat perched full of character and full of history. There is an awesome back-story of the restoration process of the house that the Homeowner shares and invites you to be a part of.“Ethy’s Place” was intimate, cozy and the perfect place to lay low with loved ones for a few days. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Hill Country Retreat We loved our stay so much and will definitely stay again when we return the area. The house exceeded my expectations. It had everything we could need and was the cutest eclectic mix of antiques and soul. I would love to go shopping with Deb! Deb had great communication. Great location!

Awesome nice place We enjoyed this place it was so cute as my wife put it but it was a great place would definitely stay there again if I had to be in the area. Everything was comfortable well decorated and maintained. 5 stars definitely

Wonderful Home We had a great time at Ethyl’s Place. The decor was amazing and the home was comfortable and cozy. Blanco was the perfect base location to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
