The rooms were perfect, I have never been in a hotel with so many electricity points. Very nice staff and a delicious breakfast, You pay a lot for parking, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, it is a problem in all the little villages along the coast,

The rooms were spacious and well refurbished. very good bed comfort, sofa in room. Enough closet space interior was warm and cozy small tv (not for streaming though) Wifi was good. bathroom was big, big sink bath and shower. toilet in bathroom service is excellent. Super friendly and helpful staff breakfast is extra ordinary; with very good quality products and nice tea selection. parking for cars available to pay extra; certainly recommended, good price : quality ratio (especially outside the season)

A very nice hotel. We only stayed for 1 night. The man at the hotel reception was very kind and helpful. We arrived far too early, but he put our luggage in a safe place. When we returned to the hotel later that day he brought our luggage to our big room and briefly explained how everything works. It was a very nice clean room with a separate walk-in shower, a bathroom with a modern bath, a wash basin and toilet. Our bed was really great. We both slept really well. There was also coffee and tea available in the room. The breakfast: buffet: scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, beans, sausages, next to the usual things you may expect. Cheese and different kinds of cold meat was available on each table (what seems to me a bit of waste of meat). Fresh orange juice and Cava was brought to the table. I can't think of any negative to write. It was top.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for 1night booked 2room the price was 343€. I have complain about the staff on a booking website. After complaining them, my girlfriend got a phone call from the staff at 8:52pm they say they want us to go change the rate and review because negative reviews is not a good image for the hotel. All I have complain was about the staff that knocked the door before check out time and told us that we have booked for 1person and why we are with 2ppl while we’ve booked for 2, when I told her that we’ve booked for two she didn’t apologise and turned around. I go downstairs to the lobby to complain this again, he complain us back instead of apologising at the first place. And yes, I was wrong in this place, I arrived very late because I have to drive far and with struggling with the baggages were we a bit noisy. But I don’t think this is the good way to deal with a customers. Especially if it is a 4stars hotel. Also the lift doesn’t work well and the floor in the hall is not even what can makes you fall. Other things about the hotel was good. Good room, nice breakfast.

Uitzonderlijke service. De eigenaar loopt mee met de koffers naar de kamer en laat zien hoe alles werkt. Ruime kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere dag wordt de kamer weer in de oorspronkelijke staat opgemaakt. Gratus water en chocolaatjes worden dagelijks bijgevuld . Heerlijk ontbijt.

Ik heb enorm genoten van de rust en gezelligheid in het hotel. Iedereen was even vriendelijk, zelfs toen ik iemand belde omdat ik aan het klungelen was met de zonnewering werd ik met een brede lach geholpen. De kamer had alles wat je nodig kunt hebben en was aangenaam groot. Het bed heerlijk. Het enige kleine minpunt voor mij was de temperatuur van het badwater dat ik wat koud vond maar ik hou gewoon van heel warm water. Ik kom sowieso terug.

Superbe séjour dans cet établissement. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Personnel aux petits soins, magnifiques chambres, literie ultra confortable, excellente insonorisation et petit déjeuner exceptionnel. On peut tout faire à pieds à partir de l'hôtel.

Fantastisch hotel! Een echt pareltje aan onze Belgische kust… De gastheer heeft ons ontzettend goed ontvangen en hielp zelfs onze bagage naar boven brengen, een echte meerwaarde. De Prestigekamer waar wij logeerde was op en top: badkamer met bad en douche, elke dag een kleine leuke attentie. De kamer was spik en span en ook de kamerheer en -dame ontvingen ons met een glimlach. Het ontbijt was tevens zeer goed verzorgd, niks op aan te merken! Graag had ik dan ook de lieve dame van het ochtendbuffet nog eens extra in de bloemetjes willen zetten en bedanken voor haar goede zorgen. Wij komen ZEKER nog terug! Doe zo voort zou ik zeggen want jullie zijn 1 voor 1 toppers! Nogmaals dank voor alles!!! Vele groetjes, José en Sabrina

Agréablement surpris. L'établissement est tout d'abord de taille humaine et donc service personnalisé. À quelques minutes à pieds de la gare mais aussi de la station de Tram qui en moins de 30 minutes vous emmènera à Ostende ou Knokke. La plage se trouve à 500 mètres également. Petit déjeuner complet et chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Terrasse au rez-de-chaussée si on veut. prendre l'air ou boire un verre. Si je devais trouver une critique (minime certes), ça manquait de fruits au petit déjeuner et certains petits pains industriels (les petits mous) ne reflètent pas le standard de l'hôtel et n'y ont pas leur place je trouve. Un grand pain noir ou gris à trancher ferait mieux l'affaire. Donc je recommande d'y rester, Blankenberg étant plus tranquille.
