Pudra Hotel

Wouldn’t be back in a hurry. Had a very unwelcoming time there - staff didn’t speak to me once - no hello when I walked through the reception they just looked at me as I walked past. I felt very very unwelcome there. My first room didn’t lock from the inside, I asked the staff to move me into another room as I was a solo female traveler to which he said he couldn’t because he’d already checked me into this room and said don’t worry I’m safe… I had to demand to be put into a room with a door that actually locked. Staff just took me to my room and didn’t tell me anything about anything. No idea what time breakfast was served or where it was served, no idea about Wi-Fi or any of the other amenities at the hotel - I couldn’t even figure out how to use the aircon unit. The place is in need of a serious make over - my room felt similar to a jail cell with grey walls with dirt all over them and barely any light in the room - needs to be uplifted with a white colour to make it feel less drab. I was there 5 days and nobody came in to clean my bed sheets etc - the cleanliness of the place wasn’t the best. It wasn’t horrifically dirty but there was spit/water marks all over taps - shampoo residue still all over shower tiles etc Really didn’t enjoy my time there at all however it’s excellent for access to the Bodrum beach as it’s a 1 minute walk through the hotels gate, which again I was told nothing about and found on my last day.

Dirty and rundown. Booked a delux room and was basic at best. Upholstery was stained. Walls were bubbling from the damp. Floor was damaged and overall was not clean. We kept balcony door open and bathroom window open to keep air fresh. I regret booking here. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel with a beach front view. Clean room and bathroom. Acceprable breakfast on the roof top with a magnificent view on the sea and a historical castle. Located in quiet area , yet very secured. I will undoubtedly go back there . A big thank to all the staf working there.

Liked · the location was great. walking distance to most things in the city centre. it is in the old city centre side, so great views, just 100m from the beach. the staff was friendly, Ömer, helped us with lots of things and helped me with my requests. great value for the price. very close to Şok and Migros Jet, if you want to get snacks. Convenient gate to walk out to the beach when the gate was unlocked. Unlimited tea, instant coffee, and water in the lobby. Disliked · there is mold and mildew in the bathrooms which is my biggest complaint. You can smell it and it was not pleasant. My daughter refused to take a shower. There was mold in the first room we got. It was supposed to be non-smoking room, so they changed for us. The smoke smell was better, but there was even more black mold in the bathroom. We were tired of changing rooms, so we just stayed. On the last day, after we checked out, I asked to use the lobby toilet. They didn't have one, so he opened another guest room for me to use. It also had mold. There is very little air ventilation in the bathrooms, which is the cause of this. It's unfortunate, bc it would be a very nice cute boutique hotel. Perhaps there are some rooms that don't have it, but not the ones I saw. In our room, which was a double, they only supplied us with one blanket. It is middle of winter. The beds only had thin blankets. There was a thicker blanket in the closet. We had to ask for another. I don't know why they only had one blanket. In the bathroom, there are absolutely no towel hooks. So we couldn't put our towels or clothes to hang anywhere. The shower area was very small with no door, so water splashed everywhere on the floor. No water kettle or teas or complimentary water in the room - but you can go to the lobby to get it 24 hours. But I wish they had it in the rooms also. the TV remote had some buttons that did not work, so we could not view every channel. No housekeeping service at all.

Fiyat olarak ***et uygun hoş bir yerdi.Lokasyonuyla ve her yönüyle güzel bir konaklama geçirdik.Odalar temiz ve hijyenikti Bodrum kale manzarası eşliğinde kahvaltıya bayıldım. Personellerin yardımseverliği için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim.
