This property has all new appliances, linens, furniture, flooring, paint, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. 1 king bedroom 2 futon beds in large living room 5 min to downtown Boise, Parks and blocks from the Greenbelt! 2 NEW SMART TVS [Home Layout] Upper floor street facing unit in a Fourplex (unit under this property) -Entry: will require a couple of steps to enter the house. -living room, kitchen and dining room -Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the hallway. -Bedroom #1: One king bed. No air conditioner in the bedroom -Bathroom with a tub located in the hallway Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee pot. Dining: 4-seater dining table Living room: Two futons and TV is smart only- no cable. The window air conditioner is in the living room only.
