Great location, walkable to everything, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Was an okay stay. Seems to be a very old building that has been updated. Because of the age of the building there is a distinct musty smell all around the hotel. Average hotel being presented as a Luxury hotel. It just seemed a little grungy everywhere other than the lobby.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room for being a repet customer through our ******* booking. Nice treat

This is a beautiful hotel in a great area. It is surrounded by so many things to do within walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We liked all the different things around the hotel that were within walking distance: restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, nightlife, ect.

Needs a refresh. Self parking is absurdly small tight spaces, which may be full. Room was stuffy. Lobby bar has nice drinks and food, but right next to the cold breeze from the entry door.

When we checked in on the first day the girl at the front desk had no personality. I believe her name was Morgan. When we got up to our room , we checked the shower and there was male hair everywhere left on the sides and on the wall of the shower. The bed sheets never once stayed on the bed our entire stay. They had their staff using all the elevators and making it a longer wait for the guest to go down the elevator. 2 out of 3 of the elevators are working. Went down to the hot tub to find children in there. Kids don’t belong in a hot tub. Paying all this money to stay in a “ moderate “ hotel. Would NEVER stay here again

Everyone was very nice! I was greated at the door and they were very helpful. I valet parked because to me thats easier when in a busy town. They were nice helping me load and unload my bags. And the accommodations were very clean & organized. I will be back!

Check in and stay was easy and comfortable. Hotel is in a great spot to access area. Staff was super kind and made sure my lost luggage was sent to my room as soon as it came from airport. Thank you, will stay again!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is right in the center of downtown Boise and you can walk anywhere. The bar in the lobby was nice to get drinks after the hockey game. The drinks were okay. My long island ice tea was okay and my husband said he makes better moscow mules at home. It was still nice to sit and talk while we sipped on our drinks. The rooms are very clean and nicely arranged with lots of space, but the beds are kind of hard. When we went to watch tv, it would turn on but my husband couldn't get it to switch to a channel to watch anything. We weren't in the room long, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I never tried using the tv, so I'm not sure what the issue was. We checked out Sunday morning and I had planned on going to the gym before we left, but it was closed until 10 and check out time is 11. I was very disappointed and don't understand why it opens so late when checkout is at 11.

The most uncomfortable bed, sheets, pillows etc. All 3 of us didn't sleep well because of it. Food is incredibly expensive for what it is

Loved staying here to enjoy a hockey match. Everything in one location. The only thing I didn't like is checkout is at 11. But we had two housekeepers knocking at the door once at 9 then again at 10.
