房間很小很小，插座不太好用，窗户是壞的，但是衞生比較乾淨，桌子也很小，沒法辦公。但是店主很熱情，有求必應有問必答，點贊

Hotel Arcoveggio was such a lovely place for my friend and me to stay. They kindly arranged to stay up for us to check in as our flight was delayed, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff (particularly Lorenza) were so lovely and helpful with ideas and recommendations. It is slightly far out of the centre however that gave us a reason to explore more the city. Would definitely recommend !!

Our experience with the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel was awful. We returned to the hotel and noticed an insect crawling on the headboard that looked exactly like your worst nightmare when staying in a hotel. We decided to check the bed and behind the bed and noticed how dirty it was (see picture for reference). There were small dead and live insects behind the bed. We tried calling the reception (the only number listed on ***********) however they were already closed. We obviously decided to pack up our belongings and moved to a different hotel as we didn't see any other option at that time. We sent a message to the property and received a response the next day. The receptionist was initially very apologetic for the cleanliness of the room, however the tone quickly changed with the manager. She was condescending and made us feel ridiculous for leaving the hotel when that was the condition of the room and with the presence of what we suspected the insect to be. She placed the blame on us and stated, "I find it strange that you decided to leave the hotel instead of calling the number on the keychain." We were never notified at check-in that there were additional phone numbers that we can call, and a keychain is not a typical place to look for a phone number. The number wasn't listed in the room anywhere. She refused to offer a full or even partial refund despite the fact that we didn't even stay at the hotel because of the circumstance. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Your money can be better spent supporting another local hotel with better and more respectful staff.

TERRIBILE! NON ANDATECI! Ci sono stata in occasione della fiera, mi è stata assegnata la camera 110. Ero molto stanca ed era tardi al mio arrivo, quindi mi sono addormentata quasi subito, al mattino sono rimasta sconvolta. Piastrelle rotte, muri rotti e sporchi, una macchia nera sul lenzuolo e uno pseudo balconcino pieno di cenere, mozziconi di sigaretta. Una truffa! Per la modica cifra di 134€ Ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore e ho mostrato la stanza alla receptionist ( l’ho lasciata alle 8 ) Il direttore nemmeno mi chiama ma mi scrive che è tutto fuori questione è che avrei dovuto avvertire subito! Asssurdo Un maleducato e un truffatore! Mi sarebbe bastata una telefonata almeno dove mi poteva chiedere cosa non andava nella stanza! Vi lascio le foto, giudicate voi!

L’Hotel Arcoveggio è un piccolo albergo che si trova in una posizione comoda sia se si deve andare in centro sia se si hanno impegni nella zona CNR. La camera era arredata in maniera molto semplice ma era comunque pulita e abbastanza silenziosa. Il bagno piccolo e non recentissimo ma anch’esso pulito. Il personale è gentile e disponibile sia nei contatti telefonici che di persona. Si sente la mancanza di un servizio di colazione, cosa che costringe a uscire e fare colazione al bar. In sintesi, un albergo molto essenziale che può essere una soluzione per brevi soggiorni di lavoro, evitando i periodi di fiera, in cui i prezzi lievitano (in tutta la città) in maniera incontrollabile.

Sono stata nella dependance vicina la struttura principale. La stanza era ampia e pulita, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Punto di forza è stata l'estrema cortesia della receptionist: ho chiamato per avvisare che sarei arrivata ben oltre l'orario finale di check in e la ragazza al telefono, nonostante mi abbia detto di avermi mandato due mail di avviso (che non ho notato), ha avuto la pazienza di aiutarmi e mi ha dato modo di poter avere comunque le chiavi della mia stanza. Le disposizioni per ottenerle erano chiare e ben spiegate, non ho avuto bisogno neppure di controllare le foto inviatemi. Questi attimi di gentilezza e pazienza fanno la differenza e mi hanno colpita!
