Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

The staff were very helpful and they upgraded us to a lovely spacious room with a fabulous view! The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Pacific Mall, the museums, Newbury St.and many restaurants around. The Lucy Bar and Restaurant inside the hotel is excellent and the food was great! I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a great location. Very close to the train station. Breakfast was a bit pricey. Staff was friendly and helpful.

地點很好，旁邊有地鐵，對面是商場，步行範圍內吃飯也方便，東北大學也是在走路可及，唯一酒店內健身房和游泳池尚缺，不過既然到了波士頓，多出去走走吧。

ボストンキャリアフォーラムの就職活動のために利用しました。4泊しましたが、毎日部屋が綺麗で他の人の声が聞こえることも無く、ジムも混みすぎることなく使うことができてよかったです。アメニティでお風呂にアヒルが置いてあったのも、就職活動で張りつめていた気持ちを和ませてくれてありがたかったです。

不是每天都有水 禮賓部的人在給了小費之後異常熱情 幫忙叫了個出租車 但這個出租車衞生條件很差 而且開車特別野蠻 橫沖直撞 小費還要了20%
