This spacious waterfront house is situated on a private beach just 1.5 miles from the town of Friday Harbor in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The beach is perfect for relaxing, sea glass hunts, fort building, launching a kayak or even swimming if you don't mind cold water. Local otters and other sea life will often swim by for a visit, and sunrises and sunsets are dependably Instagram-worthy.Built in 2007, the house is 2700 square feet with incredible views of Griffin Bay. Three California King beds sleep a maximum of six people. Spacious living areas both upstairs and downstairs give plenty of room for activities and a full kitchen and laundry room provide all the comforts of home. Parking for up to three cars is available on-site.The house has a fiber internet connection so is easily capable of many concurrent zoom meetings/streaming movies etc.The manager lives at the property next door and is available if the need arises, but will be happy to give guests whatever level of privacy they require.Dogs are welcome, but they must do no damage to the house and must be kept on a in control outside as the yard is not enclosed.
