Close to downtown dining, microbreweries, and shopping. 3 blocks to peninsula beach or marina. Just a short drive to Young state park public beach area. Master bedroom with Queen bed, Second bedroom with queen and third has twin bunk beds. Large deck is great for outdoor living space. Stack washer and dryer. The location is very central to other great attractions! Boyne Mountain Resort is under 10 minutes away and offers top notch golf and skiing, Petoskey lakefront and shopping is a short 22 minute drive, Old Mission Peninsula wineries is an hour and 15 minutes, Mackinaw city is also an hour drive. So many things to do year round; beaches, boating, numerous golf courses, biking, hiking, zip lining, snowmobiling and kayaking. Note: once booked you can access important information about your booking by accessing your profile then go to "my trips". Thumbs up! This was my second stay at Laura's place, and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to get to the parks, beaches, restaurants and shops of Boyne, but the street is quiet. It's a short hop to the ferry to get to Charlevoix as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a blast! The house was great. Just the right size for our family of four. Perfect location. Had all the amenities you could need and that most other rentals don't keep on hand.

Perfect Spot in Boyne Stayed here the first week in August and the accommodations were perfect. Nothing really fancy but it met all expectations for the price with the bonus of having A/C for the hot summer days up north. House was perfect for our family of four. We could easily walk to town for a meal or ice cream from Kilwins. There was a nice public beach literally within a 10 minute walk of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

MMM Weekend Stay The property was perfect for our weekend stay. Clean, great amenities, great location. Only draw back was the bunk beds were too difficult to take apart to create 3rd BR with 2 twins for adults.

Great little getaway to Boyne We had a great 2 nights. We came up for midwinter break and skiied and enjoyed the area. The house was very clean and tidy. Perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space. We would return. Thank you.

Ski Retreat My family has stayed at this property twice now. It is in a great location for a ski trip to Boyne Mountain. Restaurants are very close with a lot of options.
