Персонал показался мне очень отзывчивым и внимательным. Номер был чистым и комфортным, уборка производилась ежедневно. Бар и обеденная зона были уютными, с приятным и доступным меню. Общественный транспорт был удобен для осмотра достопримечательностей, а торговый район Брэддона находится в пешей доступности. Я остановлюсь здесь снова.

Немного старомодно, но не так уж и плохо. Самым большим недостатком стала пожарная сигнализация, которая сработала морозным зимним утром около 7:30 утра. По всем данным, это происходит регулярно и не исправляется; похоже, её спровоцировал какой-то курящий парень; 20 минут отвратительных объявлений, прежде чем мы узнали от другого путешественника, что это была ложная тревога. Руководство как-то смущённо ухмыльнулось и всё испортило. Ванная комната в нашем номере была крошечной, и туалетные принадлежности пришлось брать на стойке регистрации. 🙄 Пришлось таскать чемоданы вверх и вниз по лестнице и к главному входу. Как-то неловко. Парень, работающий в столовой в завтракающую смену, был просто бриллиантом. После одного «странного» комментария он, должно быть, заметил, что я не впечатлён пожарной сигнализацией, ********, и отвернулся. Бутылка игристого на день рождения была классным штрихом с его стороны. Я бы остановился там снова из-за него.

Отель довольно хороший. Стоимость парковки увеличилась до 28 австралийских долларов, если не бронировать заранее, но trip.com говорит, что только 15 австралийских долларов, и бронировать не нужно. В итоге отель отказался от парковки в первую ночь, когда мы попросили, и мы припарковались на улице на следующий день. Номер в отеле очень большой, а кровати довольно жесткие и удобные. Ванная комната хорошего размера, но я бы оценил мусорные пакеты в мусорных баках, потому что такое ощущение, что я даже не могу положить банановую кожуру, потому что я не хочу, чтобы она превратилась в кашу в мусорном баке, и кто-то должен был выкопать ее и вымыть мусорное ведро. В номере есть утюг и гладильная доска с сейфом, дополнительное одеяло и подушки. Единственная жалоба на номер, вероятно, это шумный кондиционер. Еда в бистро внутри отеля была довольно хорошей на ужин, а завтрак "шведский стол" был хорошим, но он каждый день одинаковый.

We had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel in Canberra. Perfect location, clean room, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room was near a staircase so it was a bit noisy with footsteps and creaky floors, but overall it was a great place to stay.

I booked the pet room with my dog and was really happy with the room. The room is spacious and clean, it also has a backyard for my dog which was really great. I thought I had to pay for parking but the staff told me the parking at the front of the building is free and I was quite lucky and managed to get a spot when I got there. Location is great, not far from CBD and all the resturants so there were lot food choices. Also really loved the building and the garden, will definitely be choosing Mercure next time I am in Canberra.

there were no blankets in the room for the second bed.. 310 the data in the room was aweful... I tried to hook up casting to the tv... it would not work.. the tv is interesting.. the sound is 8 seconds behind the picture on the tv... Hot shower is awesome.... wow.. I mean really awesome... the towels were not changed in the morning and the towels were wet when we got home late at night. The milk in the fridge was not replaced for coffee on the second day. resturant was nigce. bar was homely and had a good feel about it.

Great old 1920"s hotel. Heaps of charm. Our room had a ridiculously small bathroom and suffered from compressor or air-conditioning noise. Book a balcony room that preferably backs onto the side street.

Excellent location and service. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok in size, but cleaning could be better. There are notable spider web above the bed, in the wardrobe and behind the toilet.

Our room was clean and spacious. Good location. Coffee machine with coffee pods is a nice surprise. Wish there is a swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel in Canberra, one of, if not the best hotel in the capital. The beds are comfy and there is a beautiful courtyard! What's not to like?

What a great stay! The old world charm of this charming hotel…. all the facilities you need & a warming walk today all the famous Canberra landmarks. The buffet breakfast was delicious & the room was quiet. Extra better pillows were provided by reception promptly..hotel music. swing jazz or classical music throughout the hotel rather than the dross sound on a loop a much needed improvement
