This fabulous walk-down condo has the perfect combination of living space, amenities & location. Blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Boulevard & EASY access to Yellow Route. Just a few short miles to Table Rock or Taneycomo Lakes with all the water sports, fishing, & outdoor activities available.
This unit has S*P*A*C*E --> 1400+ sq ft. Full kitchen, cozy living room, and desk with monitor for the remote worker. Comfortable bedding includes: king mattress in the master bedroom, queen mattress in the second bedroom, and one easy to inflate plush queen airbed. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

The two bedroom condo was a perfect fit for my family and I because it had a homelike feel. It was in close proximity to the events we attended! The room was equipped with everything an individual needed for a comfortable stay! However, the master suite didn’t get as cool as the other rooms. I enjoy sleeping in a cool environment. Also, the sheets on the king bed weren’t large enough for the bed which felt uncomfortable. Otherwise, the stay was enjoyable!

The property was beautiful. The pictures were accurate and the host was very communicative and responsive for all of my questions. The instructions for checking out were clear and concise. I would definitely stay again!

Fourth of July week
We came to stay in Branson for the Fourth of July holiday and we were super pleased with our choice of stay!! We will stay here again.

Home away from home!
We were just in awe the moment we walked into the condo. From the jacuzzi tub to the stools for our younger kiddo, we were blessed with such an amazing stay here. Tina made sure we had everything we would need, including blankets just in case we got too cold (which tends to happen to me a lot even in summer). We will definitely be back here when we travel to Branson again!

We enjoyed our second stay at this location. We invited our friends this time. This is a great location for two couples. This location is centered to most attractions in the area short drives to most theaters and short drive back to Hwy. It was very quiet area and easy to park close to the location. Thanks for the Memories

Prompt messaging from owner, located close to attractions, pool was great for kids, safe area, towels/soaps/kitchen utensils/games included, and decor felt like we were staying at a very nice hotel.Very enjoyable experience my family will not forget. Thank you Tina.

Great getaway
This was our first time in Branson and we loved it. This condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed with great amenities. Also great location, it seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was close by. We didn't need to contact the owner for anything but she ensured a seamless check-in. This was truly a home away from home.
