King Bedroom: With a comfortable king bed. Plush bedding is provided with ample storage space. Also, a working desk is available for working or checking emails. Queen Bedroom: With a comfortable queen bed. Plush bedding is provided and ample closet space is provided. Twin bedroom: Spacious and comfortable two twin beds, arcade gam. 2 Bathrooms: full bathrooms stocked with essentials and fresh towels. Essentials: Sheets, Plush towels, shower soaps, toiletries, and starter packs of coffee are provided. Living Space: A cozy living area with a couch and a reading chair. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, including a dishwasher and coffee bar. Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services (bring your passwords), washer/dryer, and central heating/AC. Parking: Parking is available in front with no assigned parking. That means you may have neighbors during your stay. The HOA quiet hours are 11 PM-7 AM. All guests must be 21+ except children with their parents. 7 person maximum. There is a Ring doorbell outside the apartment. Please do not touch or cover the camera. We will kindly ask you to leave the property. This is for your protection. Soaps, Shampoos, toiletries, and starter packs of coffee are provided. No smoking is allowed. Smoking fines are $250. Pets are not allowed. There will be a charge of $250 if you do bring a pet.
