The check in was great with friendly service. The pool is not on the property and not within walking distance. The condo had several things that were not working or broken. The fireplace didn’t work, the tissue holder in the bathroom fell off the wall, and the shower leaked. The place was clean, but in disrepair.

Our key cards didn’t work after first issued. Some lightbulbs were burned out, tv in living room didn’t work. The people in the room upstairs sounded like elephants running. Overall, rooms clean & nice. Biggest issue was communication-terms seemed to change after booking through *******.

Our stay was great! It needs updating but it didn’t bother us! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The office of this property is offsite about a mile from the resort. If there is any issues or problems you have to go to another location. Our key didn’t work and we had to wait for someone to bring new ones to us. That’s my only complaint and everything else was fine.

Room had spider webs and couch “leather” was pealing off. Called about horrible **** smell and had two HUGE spiders. They offered to bring air freshener….

There were not any mountain view, as ******* stated.
You have to check in at another location.
Extending our stay was not an easy task through *******.

Most cozy getaway I’ve had. Great WiFi - I was able to take my Zoom calls with no issues. Only problem: the bed was sooo hard. I prefer a squishy bed, so if you like firm beds then this will be perfect for you.

Very quiet area off the beaten path but still close enough to the main road (76) to get to attractions quickly.

Major draw back was ******* listed and confirmed my reservatio for king size bed. Upon arrival the room only had a queen. Called the desk and they said they only had queens and the mistake was Expedias fault. Asked about a partial refund and they said there wasnt because I hadnt paid them directly. Paid though a 3rd party, Hosteeva, that they used. Fell like I was getting the run around.
Room also has sign of needing updating. Worn, ripped wall paper. Shower control was very hard to turn. Sofa ripped, pealing areas.
Was a quiet location close to attractions though.
