Amazing hotel! The location, at the quieter end of PDC, 5/10 mins from Airport and only €1.40 on local bus (161). Still besides shops, bars & restaurants but with this being an All Inclusive hotel I never had to spent a cent. Beer, wines, coffee, soft drinks on tap…literally, but has also numerous bars around the place with great service. Three restaurants, two of which you need to book in advance (Asian & Canarian), food is plentiful and of a very good standard. You could not go hungry! The cleaning & maintenance team are like a small army, the place is spotless and nothing gets overlooked. I’d fully recommend!!!

Huge hotel, excellent location, my partner and I had a great experience from the check-in to the last day, beautiful pool and restaurants, tasty food and nice drinks. Very friendly staff overall, nice quiet rooms with views and big balcony. Very recommended.

The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families. The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included. The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so. Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back.

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the strip. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

The hotel was lovely, location great. The room was spotlessly clean. We did not eat but had a drink at the pool bar which was lovely.

The room is very spacious and location is fantastic. Lots of good restaurants and convenient store within 2-min walk. The pavement around sea is just downstairs where you can walk slowly and enjoy the sea view. The furnitures are very old so look a bit dirty. The hairdryer blows strong wind, which is much better than many 4-star or 5-star hotels. Each room has a boiler and kitchen. Breakfast is delicious and their bacon, sausage, omelette and orange juice are superb. The reception team is very helpful. After knowing I need to attend a morning tour, they even prepared packed breakfast so I don’t need to starve. Taxi from airport is 20 mins cost €25. There is a locked door in the living room which causes the problem. From that door you can hear the next door neighbour talking clearly. Unfortunately I lived next to an aged couple who still talks at 11pm which is super annoying. The hotel did take care of my special request of other elements and thanks for that.

Очень большой курорт, небольшой супермаркет, но если не все включено, то возникнут проблемы с такси до местного города, так как это может обойтись дорого. Ночная жизнь для детей хорошая, но взрослые даже не могут сидеть на улице вечером с напитком, так как бар у бассейна закрывается в 6 вечера. Если вы не ходите в платные рестораны и спорт-бар Champs, не очень хорошо, если вы платите за все включено. Мы были в блоке 7, но так как до лифта все еще есть ступеньки, то подняться наверх будет проблематично, так как мне и моей жене 70 и 65 лет. В целом, так как у нас был сын, его жена и 3 маленьких внука, но они в 4 минутах ходьбы, почему нас не поселили поближе друг к другу, никто не знает, но мы не бронировали номера одновременно, они были рядом со стойкой регистрации и столовой, но в номере было несколько тараканов, которые пытались воспользоваться микроволновкой. В целом хороший курорт, большие бассейны.

Невероятный отель с таким дружелюбным и внимательным персоналом, который действительно сделал мое пребывание особенным. Я почувствовал себя как дома с первой минуты, и теплота всех здесь заставила меня не захотеть уезжать. Спасибо, что сделали этот опыт незабываемым!
