Service in general by All Staffs were impeccable and faultless. Extra surprise for our Anniversary and daughters birthday was the sweetest!

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. An experience worth coming for and coming back to. The Gumaya serves as a reminder of what quality service can become when great products are handled by great people. The rooftop bar offers exquisite views, and friendly staff tend to your every need. A staple since the early 2000s for families and solo travelers alike, the Gumaya evolved into a quality offering in a sea of competition for the best 5 star in Semarang. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder

staff are all really nice. The room is clean but still have some water marks, probably because of the water quality here.

Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder

Номера на первый взгляд были в порядке, но когда мы осмотрели их, интерьер оказался ужасным. Шторы, светильники и прикроватные лампы были грязными и в пятнах. В номере моих детей не было штор, поэтому днем ​​там было много прямых солнечных лучей и очень жарко. Полотенце выглядело так, будто им пользовались годами: оно не мягкое, выглядит отвратительно, и цвет не такой белый, как обычно бывает в отелях. В каждом номере был сейф, но он совершенно не функционировал. Если посмотреть на инструкцию к сейфу (см. фото), внутри должна быть красная кнопка, но ее нет. В сейфе использовалось 4 батарейки. В моем номере из четырех батареек только две, и они уже вышли из строя в марте 2018 года. В номере моих детей четыре батарейки, но они тоже не работают. Кнопки и ключи не нажимаются, поэтому мы не можем хранить в них важные и ценные вещи. Бассейн был переполнен, а вода грязная. Отель должен был проводить генеральную уборку бассейна в связи с праздниками, но вода явно грязная. Парковка плохо обслуживается, грязная, повсюду мусор. Отелю Horison Ultima было всего 3 года, он открылся в декабре 2024 года, как я видел на табличке в лобби. Отель был Star Hotel, а затем сменил название на Horison Ultima. Парковка узкая и ограниченная. Расположение неплохое, рядом с торговым центром Java Mall. Хорошо подходит для утренних прогулок. Персонал отеля вежливый и быстро реагирует. Удобства для 4-звездочного отеля достаточно хорошие. Мини-холодильник в номере, как и кондиционер, тоже неплохие. Позвольте мне обратиться к руководству с просьбой уделить первоочередное внимание чистоте и техническому обслуживанию, а также ремонту номеров, которые находятся в ужасном состоянии.

The breakfast is horrible, bland porridge, only lettuce for the salad, there's pasta but its macaroni covered in small red sauce with no taste, tables doesnt get cleaned properly, 2 people on the egg corner only serving egg with salt, no toppings, no veggies, just pure egg + salt, main course got no variation, noodle rice 1 type of veg, a fish, and chicken. To access the restaurant you need to go through the pool, cool way of thinking, not practical when theres a lot of children playing with the water, parents and nannys sitting on the side.

Утром 4-го дня мы также пожаловались администратору, что кондиционер в нашем номере 129 не охлаждает, но техник так и не пришёл. Мы не выдержали до трёх часов ночи, потому что в номере было очень жарко, и попросили поменять номер. Но администратор придумал кучу отговорок, и только в четыре утра нам предоставили другой номер. Это очень плохо, потому что мы не могли спать всю ночь с 31 декабря 2023 года по 4 утра 1 января 2024 года. В связи с этим я попросил отель вернуть нам деньги за четвёртые сутки, так как мы не могли нормально выспаться из-за плохого обслуживания.
