Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brockville

Booked two weeks in advance. Checked in, and discovered we were placed in a room facing the 401 highway. The transport tuck and traffic noise was constant and unacceptable. When asked to move, they would not move us, and instead offered us a “white noise” apparatus. Using this equipment, Still the noise kept me awake several times through the night. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to ask for an ext. cord. Upon checkout, informed them of the problems. The manager offered rewards points for their hotel chain (more interested in taking care of their interests, versus the customer). Four days later, have not received any email or notice of any kind of compensation. Very very disappointed. At this point I would not recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff , cleanest hotel in Brockville

The staff was very friendly, the place clean and quiet, and the room pretty standard fare. Breakfast included is a nice touch (the coffee was actually way better than I'd expect it to be for a buffet). Only downside was the pool was closed the weekend of our stay, unfortunately. Didn't get any warning beforehand, or offers of compensation, but not the end of the world.

Booked this hotel for March break for the kids to see the mermaid show at the Brockville, booked an extra day so the could enjoy the pool , it’s only at check in that we were informed that the pool was closed for maintenance 😔

Best Holiday Inn stay ever. Great, friendly, helpful, smiling staff. I loved that. The beds were very very comfortable and the view was nice too. If in Brockbville this is the only place to stay.

Room was in need of a refresh- chair and ottoman worn out, carpet had some stains. I did see a notice they are working on an update though. Air con/heater was very noisy every time it kicked in and if they book you in a room at the end of the hotel near the 401 I'd ask to be moved- the traffic can be heard all night (unless the air con drowns it out which isn't an improvement)

Nice place to stay. All the shopping places are close to hotel. Great selection of complimentary breakfast.

Nice hotel but it took about 45 mins to check in. Went to uss the gym and some machines were broken and no weights. Room was perfecr though.

Big shout out to Amber and Rachel who made adjustments to assure that our stay was 5 stars. Best customer service that we experienced in a long time. The facilities are overdue for a refresh. It is planned for Winter 23/24
