mauvais accueil, aucun professionnalisme ,chambre pas prête. Et se permet le tutoiement .donc un peu déçu.

Back in Early November 2019 my family and I were passing by Lyon when we needed a place to stay. As we went to other hotels we encountered all the hotels booked. Until we came across this hotel had room for us. Thank goodness. We arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues communicating. The room was comfortable and beautiful. We had been on the go the entire time we were in Spain and France that we ended up staying a bit longer than expected. The property was a delight to be in during our stay. Even with the language barrier we found the staff delightful. I would love to return and will stay in this property once again. THANK YOU FOR THE HOSPITALITY. ***

We stayed there for a concert. We arrived at 4:00 and 20 people were already waiting for a room, some of them more than 3 hours. They had been having problems with staff and could not give clean rooms to customers. We were given a dirty one, with the promise it would be cleaned during our concert. The store was closed and blocked. Fortunately, a nice cleaning lady told us to take the room she had just cleaned. The experience was unpleasant, but they did what they could. The problem is that it went on: we were told a wrong time for the breakfast, once there the following day, they were eggs but no egg cups, a boiler to cook them but no timer, no bread or croissants, they arrived 30 minutes later. For the check out, we were told we had not checked in... Coud be much better with just a bit more effort!

Clean, pet friendly, conveniently located, good value

Client fidèle depuis des années, nous avons été très mal accueilli par l’hôtel Après avoir demandé de modifier la soirée étape en uniquement nuit, on nous a forcé le règlement des soirées étapes quand même et malgré une proposition validée et signée, on nous a modifié les conditions de règlement, du vol ! Je déconseille très fortement cet hotel !

Hôtel au prix élevé en rapports aux prestations, très mal isolé accoustiquement j ai eu l impression que le couloir faisait partie de ma chambre....

Chambre confortable, hôtel propre, proche de Lyon et de l’autoroute, parfait pour une étape sur la route.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ruhiges Zimmer.

Service a l'accueil bon. La porte de ma chambre ne se fermait pas même après avoir tourné le loquet, une dame est rentrée vers 8h30 avant de se rendre compte que c'était occupé. C'est un gros manque de professionnalisme et une intrusion dans la vie privée des gens
