Good hotel very convenient Bathroom had some minus points - the shower water comes out as there is no shower curtain or door

Bueno, el hotel cuenta con instalaciones que aunque ya tengan in tiempo están bien sostenidas. El buffer está excelente en ek sentido que hay comida suficiente y además cuenta con un salón y terraza con suficientes mesas para sentar a los huéspedes. El bar está ubicado en ka parte superior de edificio sonse se divisa un excelente paisaje de la ciudad. La piscina queda allí también que apropósito bo es muy grande lo que limita la capacidad para ingresar personas, en mi caso particular, mis hijas tienen amigas allí en la ciudad y desafortunadamente no pudieron disfrutar se la piscina porque ellas no se registraban en el hotel, habíamos rentado 2 habitaciones y mi esposa y yo no íbamos hacer uso de la piscina lo que contaba que el turno lo podríamos ceder a dos visitantes, en fin, ese es uno de los puntos que no me gustó, una política sin base hacia los huéspedes, lo otro es el costo de los licores y general del bar, me parece un poco ridículo, pues se asemeja al de los lounge de los aeropuertos europeos.

This hotel was a joy to stay in. Amazing breakfast. Wonderful pool area and comfortable beds. Great location too.

Just an amazing property. The staff is friendly and helpful... The location is the best with a major mall adjacent to the property. This is the best hotel in Bucaramanga. Can't wait to come back.

Great location and view. The staff were friendly and hardworking. The hotel rooms were well maintained and clean. The hotel has a higher level of security than most.

The hotel is great service is excellent, they need to clean the carpet outside the room, and improve the wi-fi. other than that there is nothing to say other that is a great location

Overall a really nice property. The location is stellar with one of the main shopping malls in the city directly adjacent. Lobby was beautiful and reception folks were friendly. I would say that the breakfast was tasty and fine the next 2 days but on Sunday it was complete chaos. The staff dis their best but were not able to keep up with the flow of people. I was only able to get a cup of coffee and some fruit. Also, the internet was spoty.. it was the first day and weak despite the fact they had multiple wifi networks. Overall a nice property and would definitely come back.

Wonderful property. Would stay here again. I have stayed in five star white glove hotels in South America and the breakfast buffet here was excellent. The restaurant is on the 16th floor and is marvelous in the morning. The staff were very helpful. Christian in the restaurant knew I was trying to learn Spanish and made a point to converse with me. The lobby is spacious and open. Easy walk to wonderful shopping and in a very safe area. I didn’t have a car so can’t comment on parking. In my opinion this is not like the typical Holiday Inn in the USA where I am from. And those are fine too. I’m merely saying this property is much better. Very happy with my stay here. I believe there is a pool and a spa but I didn’t use those so can’t comment on those amenities. Wonderful views from the rooms on the upper floors. And despite being in the heart of everything it was quiet in the room at night.
