This newly renovated water front property is located next to the Boat Yard at Buckeye Lake and 5 min walking distance from the Buckeye Lake Yacht Club, the North Shore State Park boat launch, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and more. Enjoy this 3 bedroom home with its extensive private garden and outdoor fire pit area. The house includes a private lot for 10 cars or you can use it to park a boat or jet-ski trailer. One side of the dock will be provided for your boat. All Short-Term Rentals in the Village of Buckeye Lake are governed under Ordinance #2024-22About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 50.

This house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room for parking including the truck and boat trailer. The rooms are beautiful and the entire home is spacious. Having the private dock right in front of the house is so nice. The location is perfect, right next to the boatyard restaurant/bar and within walking distance from so many other places. Absolutely 10/10 in every category.

My husband and I wanted to take our dad’s and our kids on a vacation close to home. We found this rental and it was perfect for what we needed. The house is very clean and decorated very nicely. The only complaint I have is that the description for the rental was if you stayed more than two nights you got a welcome gift of a meat and cheese assortment and a bottle of wine. We stayed three nights and we did not receive a welcome gift. I did ask the owner about it, and he did not respond. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay in the area again.

Perfect Getaway The location of this property is perfect! Close to things to do! Right on the water and the boat dock is so convenient! The house was clean and spacious! They had all of the basic necessities but there is a nearby Dollar General (we walked to) if you need something specific! Our 4 year old Yorkie had a great time also (:

Weekend Trip Spacious, clean home in a super convenient location made for an amazing weekend trip with friends and family. Check in and check out were a breeze and communication was always prompt. Will definitely stay here next time.

Lakehouse with dock We loved porch area and cleanliness of home. Huge garage for my suburban. And nextndoor to boathouse restaurant. Bar with great bar food and convenient short walk.

Great house and perfect BL location This is our second stay in this house and we all love it. Already planning our next stay. The house is well equipped and the location just can’t be beat. Pre-check in with Juan was easy and very pleasant. Love everything and no complaints. And that’s impressive coming from 6 picky women. Thanks Juan, looking forward to our next stay
