Perfect for families or friends, it sleeps 8 comfortably and features a private pool with peaceful greenbelt views and stunning sunsets. Just blocks from downtown Buda and the amphitheater, and only 14 miles to downtown Austin, 16 miles to Circuit of the Americas, and 22 miles to San Marcos Premium Outlets. The perfect spot for a weekend getaway or extended stay near everything Central Texas has to offer. Master bedroom-King-Dresser, TV and closet with hangers. Guest bedroom 1- King-Dresser and closet with hangers. Guest bedroom 2- Full-Dresser and closet with hangers. Guest bedroom 3-Full-Work desk and chair and closer with hangers. This home is an open plan- Fully working kitchen. Microwave is in pantry if guest would like to use, we will put it out. Table for 4 in kitchen and Dining table for 8 in dining room. Guest access Guests will have access to all living spaces and both front and back yards. They will not have access to the garage. This house was perfect! We came to visit family and the home was large enough to accommodate everyone for an afternoon BBQ and the dining table was perfect for evening dinner. The private outdoor pool was the best part of the trip.

4.5 stars The house was fully equipped, spacious and the pool was great. Loved the neighborhood. There was an odor on the house like a cat odor. The dryer also takes an extremely long time.

Perfect vacation rental We stayed for 4 nights/5 days over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfection. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the park, near I-35, restaurants, and playgrounds. The kids (5 and 7) loved the pool, especially the pool noodles and toys, and the bedrooms were ideal for our family group. The living areas are spacious and spotless and the host is a great communicator. We've stayed at this property twice while visiting family and hope to stay again in the future!

Great house! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that is nice and comfortable for family if you are traveling to Austin area. Buda has become one cool place to hang out! The pool was great addition. Host was very responsive to questions.

Easter with the Family We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was wonderful, a perfect space to gather. The kids enjoyed the pool and the outside porch was lovely for morning coffee. The owners were great to work with and had nice amenities! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Was in town for some football tournament. Perfect location and pool a was great. Weather was cold but kids still loved it.

The best house i ever stay We had a good time. The house is very beautiful and clean. Love, love , love. We are very happy that we had a chance to stay there. The host is vernoce andvery friendly. Hope we will come back.

Relaxing Family was here for my son's white coat ceremony. We had a very relaxing stay. All beds and furniture were very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely be back for graduation.
