The hotel was impeccable. The option of having a choice of pillows was a wonderful touch. The heated pool and sauna provided a nice break and rest during the holiday.

Très propre et accueil chaleureux

The Queen’s court hotel is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay from check in until check out. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Adam who was a great host and offered to take our bags to the room which was so nice of him. The room was beautiful, the en-suite with a beautiful vanity mirror and extending mirror to get ready and a powerful shower. We received a lovely welcome note along with a complimentary gift in the room on arrival which was so thoughtful. We also were given robes and slippers in the room on arrival which was nice touch, especially to use for the spa. The thermal spa was absolutely lush. The beds were comfy and the room had great amenities and was very clean. Great selection in the mini bar, while we did not have any of the mini bar snacks they looked delicious. The hotel lobby was tastefully decorated and lovely for entrance as well as the courtyard and there was a lovely smell throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and we felt like Queens throughout our stay and looked after, the staff were chatty and took their time to check in on how we were doing and made up feel very welcome. Particularly at the end of our stay when they asked us how we found our stay and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. There was a gentle music playing in the courtyard outside which created a desirable ambiance. The breakfast selection of Continental and cooked options was absolutely exquisite, such a great variety and was so fresh and delicious, the cooked options were so tasty too. Especially the selection of bread, fruit and sweet treats with amazing jam. Anna-Maria at breakfast was so kind and took the time to acknowledge us and was so friendly and had a lovely way about her. We had drinks from the bar in the evenings and they have amazing cocktails here. All of the little touches added up and made a big impact. Overall we felt very looked after and it was such a beautiful stay thank you to all the staff at the Queen’s court for making our stay so special, would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful little hotel worth the money. Worth paying the extra for the pool/gym/spa/sauna all fantastic after a lot of walking each day. They were reasonably quiet too not many people around. Nice vibes in the hotel and friendly staff. Quiet on a night no noise. Good location.

Everything was perfect. They arranged transfer €52 from airport €42 return to airport. Allowed us to hold our bags for free and use the spa till pm. I used this time to have a deep tissue massage in the hotel which was superb and only £40! Thank you to the therapist who did it, it really helped my back 🙏All of the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much for them. location is perfect 5 mins to Mazel Tov restaurant 15 mins walk to Ruin bars. We didn’t eat here as went to Fluffy’s a small cafe for an excellent brunch and local restaurants. room also had a little kitchen. Honestly couldn’t fault it! Thank you team we look forward to returning 😀

Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2024. Wasn't sure what to expect upon arrival, from a glance outside but we loved it there. Lovely courtyard when you walk through & such a nice calm atmosphere inside. Cannot check in until 3pm however, so we left our bags & went exploring the city. Spa onsite- quite small but very nice. Towels given, wear robe & slippers down from bedroom. Bedroom was lovely. Under floor heating in bathroom - set temperatures yourself. 2 radiators in the room which you can also control yourself as it is quite hot... Air conditioning also there. Smart TV in room. Some toiletries provided which was lovely. Mini bar available in room of additional costs. Balcany too Quite a nice location, 15 min walk to budapest ferris wheel or else 40 min walk to fishermans bastion. Bolt is available to use (like uber). Very efficient. Really enjoyed our stay & would go back again.

I will write a detailed review purely because another hotel I wasn’t even staying at saved us on this occasion. I booked for my 30th birthday with my partner to stay here purely because it is supposed to be at five star hotel upon arrival I was asked to sign a waiver form that they told me wasn’t actually accurate information this doesn’t give you much confidence as a customer because you’re signing something that is invalid. Then further to this I was given a complimentary drinks voucher for both of us hold that note. I have made the hotel aware before it was my 30th birthday as I was hoping they would put something special on as we couldn’t travel and arrange anything in time as I was on a previous holiday when booking. When I arrive to the room it was very warm but as the temperature was cold outside it almost felt nice, however I noticed a problem as the thermostat was on zero but didn’t want to cause an issue so waited until the morning of which I actually woke up very unwell with extreme cold as I had to open the door throughout the night to control the temperature of the room I reported this at 8 am at the reception however nothing was done about this there was numerous issues throughout the day with the hotel the lift broke down The spa was extremely small and hygienic very dirty in the sauna things left around the Jacuzzi that was not good for sanitation reasons. it was really cold and unenjoyable there is actually no staff to order drinks and fruit of which I wanted and I had to walk to reception in my swimming costume to find out where the staff was they couldn’t locate the staff member for a long while and when they finally did she came in slumped herself on the chair and went on her phone it was really not a relaxing atmosphere looked very tacky. At this point my friends are really disappointed with what I was experiencing for my 30th birthday -they was staying at hotel number 26 Budapest.** which I couldn’t Recommend enough the hospitality and customer service skills despite their only a four star hotel was unmatched**they put on balloons complimentary drinks and a desire to celebrate my birthday. The cleaners came to change the room as they do and they actually took our complimentary Drinks vouchers from the room -at this point I was just completely done. of which when I raised these issues with the hotel they have stated that I’ve never gone to reception and mentioned anything about the heating when I clearly did they would have me on CCTV and they didn’t even know what I was talking about about a complimentary drinks voucher at that point obviously I didn’t wanna spend any more time in this hotel because I’ve been shown a better Time by a hotel I wasn’t even staying at that was actually one star less. For anyone staying in this hotel please do not pay more than £50 a night this is not a five star hotel this gives more like a 3 star with the spa facilities being very old and rundown The staff have zero experience with hosting an
