At first nakaka dismaya kasi binigayan nila kami ng room na sobrang baho (amoy sigarilyo) at di pa gumagana ang aircon. I immediately called the receptionist to raise this concern. But she is just always saying "someone will assist you" she is like a robot and doesn't care. It took a while before someone came and assists us, I requested to change room and he guided us to that room. Clean and smells nice.
But please DOUBLE CHECK the room before you endorse to customer. My asthma was triggered due to that bad smell in that room!
