The reviews that say this hotel isn’t necessarily right next to anything interesting are correct, but it is next to an off ramp. Otherwise, everything else about the hotel is good, and the room is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at in a while.

The service was fine. We had a problem with water on the floor, but a person was promptly sent to clean it up and we were given keys to move to a different room. The free breakfasts listed in the description were non-existant. If you can't produce them they should be taken out of the description.

On my own opinion, it was not stipulated that we're gonna have less of a continental breakfast. That was not a continental breakfast! Nature Valley bars, instant oatmeals, oranges and one type of packaged pastry. I am a diabetic and these kinds of food is not allowed in my diet When we first went to the room, it smelled that, probably the last guest smokes and it smelled of smoke and stale air. They could use some air freshner before the next guest arrives or comes. The AC was loud and unable to control the temperature of the room so, we did not get the much needed sleep. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang the face towels. Since, they want the hotel to save money by reusing their towels and hand towels, they need to put more hooks for us to hang, to dry these towels.

酒店位置在高速公路旁，房間隔間還可以裝修比較新。酒店離環球影城、荷里活山比較近。

因為可以帶寵物，所以房間消毒水味重，早餐因為已經餐廳委外已經沒有提供了，飯店人員服務不錯，周邊離empire center跟Hollywood大道都近，自駕還算便利，就是一般的美式汽車旅館

環境設施都挺好的，就是離商業區較遠，吃飯有些不方便

訂了有早餐，但是到店告知沒有提供。 房間隔音效果差。

格局有點像motel，不過還好，停車免費。

I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the bad reviews but the staff was super nice, our room was clean and spacious, loved that there’s a security walking around the parking lot. Loved that’s it’s close to the highway, aside it being close to the highway you can’t really hear all the cars driving by. The hotel rooms seem pretty remodeled. Definitely wouldn’t recommend big trucks, the parking space is pretty small. I would definitely book this hotel again.

This is an old old hotel. I’ve never been to a hotel where you had to go to the front desk to ask for your room to be cleaned. No food service despite they have a restaurant. Security guards posted up. Exhorbitant price for water, and no USB to recharge electronics. If booking through package deal website like the most popular one do not get taken advantage of like I did.

The Hotel is good except that it is very poor with the shampoo and soap to bathe. I rented a room for 4 people and they only gave us a small soap and a small shampoo for the very poor and poor quality

Property was loud. Sounded like people were moving furniture above us. Constant foot traffic, no sound barrier.
