Very good hotel: nice and spacefull rooms (only heating in bedroom and bathroom was more difficult to manage), good breakfast (maybe more dutch cheese and fresh orange juice), fine restaurant, friendly staff and access to swimming pool and sauna.

Beautiful stay in Burg Haamstede in a garden suite. Breakfast was delightful and bountiful and the service was impeccable. We highly recommend this hotel. From there it was pretty close to the woods and sea where we spent a delightful afternoon exploring the area.

Modern rooms and perfect location with hiking trails at walk-in distance. Pricy but good breakfast. Nice and friendly people at reception and at breakfast. Why do I need to use 200 (two hundred) characters for a review? Succeeded…

One of the worst hotel experiences. When we walked into the building we immediately noticed the very unfresh smell. The carpet didn’t look clean all around the edges. The smell intensified in our room and especially at the fridge which had obviously not been cleaned. .There were no towels at all in our room and only one glass. When we went to report this at reception we were told the cleaners would come the next day. No-one turned up. Empty cola bottles stayed in the corridor all day. On closer inspection our room was dusty and dirty all around the edges and under the bed. One of the bedsheets had holes in it. And the sheets were not properly put on. There were no extra pillows in case we needed a less thick one. The safe was so small it didn’t even hold an ipad. A plug in the bathroom sink didn’t work and the sink filled up with water. The hairdryer was almost useless being nearly impossible to keep switched on. An android tablet looked promising but didn’t work unless attached to the charger, so wasn’t much use. We were informed we could use the wellness in another hotel, but it wasn’t known if towels would be supplied there. Coming into the carpark in the evening there was almost no light to find our way. On top of all this we had to pay 9€ /night for parking. So all-in-all not much of a positive experience. We won’t be back.

We had a very nice stay last time in May, so we went back. And we loved it. Nice and clean rooms. The beds are perfect for a good night sleep. A breakfast to wake up for! Superb! We are looking forward to our next stay.

Super weekend, free upgrade and the employees were friendly and helpful. We come here a couple of times a year and it never disappoint us. All of the seasons have their own beauty to enjoy in burgh haamstede.

We booked the terrace suites with family. The suites are very spacious, high cealings, everything looks New. you can sit outside on Your own terrace. It was a Hot weekend but the air conditioning dis his job. The room was cool, big Windows comfortabel bed. Very quiet. A really nice place to stay.

Very nice comfortable bed. Clean and modern style bath room. Overall very nice stay. But breakfast is a little bit poor. Of course food was fresh, but not so enough choice comparing most of other hotel's breakfast. No Muslie(Only granola), not enough choice of warm food.( Only scramble egg and bacon). Only one lady work at kitchen and busy. Because of that not refilled on time when food become empty.

Really nice room, very clean, however first time ever NO toiletries! Literally almost none except for shower gel. Nice breakfast and the staff were v helpful and very pleasant. Really enjoyed my stay.?
