Отличное расположение, обслуживание можно было бы немного улучшить.

Персонал дружелюбный, завтрак из местных продуктов. Спите спокойно.

Очень центральное расположение! В пешей доступности почти везде. завтрак очень скудный... но расположение превосходит завтрак... мог бы также получить лучший завтрак на улице...! Мы забронировали трехместный номер, но нам было приятно предоставить номер на четверых: 1 кровать размера «queen-size» и 2 односпальные кровати. Теплая вода тоже была доступна весь день.

Комнаты были чистыми и удобными. Поданный завтрак был хорош. Расположение идеальное рядом с торговыми центрами. Остановлюсь здесь снова

Nearly attractive location of the city.

Я нашел самые доступные и чистые номера среди отелей в центре Бурсы. Мехмет на стойке регистрации был дружелюбным и улыбчивым. Он дал нам время и познакомил нас с городом. Мы чувствовали себя в безопасности и как дома. Мы будем навещать вас каждый раз, когда приедем в центр Бурсы.

Please give up to date reviews of this hotel' as your are giving a false picture. Shame on you Trip Adviser!!, and has changed owners now, and not so good.Still in a great spot, but now needs a lot of maintenance, and the new owners don't know much about running a hotel, and will only get worse,A pity, as it was a lovely hotel, when the 2 ladies ran it.

Hotel was a little hard to find as it was on a small side street. When we entered, all we smelt was cigarette smoke. The carpet in the lobby and stairs was worn and not very inviting. Our room was small, bed had dirty pillows and there was mold on the walls by the window. No view from the window, just a wire screen! Needless to say, we did not stay at this hotel because my wife was not comfortable with the cleanliness and security. Sorry NO photos as they would not appear nice!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning. The receptionist was kind and checked us in immediately and invited us for breakfast after we sent our bags into our room. The room was small but had 1 single bed and a double bed although we booked a double room. Our room was on the first floor. Even with lots of shops around, we never had problems sleeping. Aircond was working. The bathroom is ok but needs to turn on the tap for about 5 minutes to get the hot water going before taking the shower. What I appreciate most about the hotel is the location. It is situated in the busy area. Very convenient and walking distance to Kozahan, Iskender kebap, the Great mosque and a lot of shops for shopping. No problem to get a taxi either. Breakfast is somewhat basic but enough to get us going for the day. Price was okay.

The price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.
