Private: small garden 40 m2 (fenced) with lawn for sunbathing. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 300 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Büsum" 500 m, sandy beach 800 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 10 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. 1-room apartment 23 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchenette in the entrance (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Small terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

The small apartment is actually very nice, but... The layout is awkward e.g. bed on one side of the room, night lamps on the other. Gave me a sprained toe. Bathroom oh dear. 1. only for slim people. 2. completely outdated, the shower doesn't work at all.
