Toa Hotel & Spa Zanzibar

It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. As an all inclusive resort, TOA offers a nice cocoon to enjoy the sun, swim, have a cocktail or 2 at the swim up bar. Centrally located it is an hour drive from Stone Town as well as the northern tip of the island. Located on a beautiful bay, it offered great meals, a beach party during the week, and wonderful service. If you have a special occasion, we had a birthday, be sure to mention it as they celebrate it in a joyous and unique song and dance by the staff. The rooms were very comfortable, good AC, well appointed shower and comfortable bed. We had a beach view room with a great view of the sunrise.

Fantastic Experience. From the warm welcome by Esther at the reception, to the excellent food, breakfast was superb and food off the menu quick and delicious, great service and tasty cocktails from Alex and Ernesto at the bar, with a very attentive team lead by Ally the Manager who was always on hand to make sure we were comfortable. Lovely room, comfortable with an efficient housekeeping team. Definitely ciming back again with the whole family.

Just a Beautiful hotel &Spa soon as we step onto the property the entire staff was so welcoming polite and friendly From the front Desk attendant the head of housekeeper manager and General Manager of the hotel came up and personally introduced their self to us the first day They have a huge swimming pool with extra individual swimming pools s bar in the pool area and a bar on the beach. just beautiful Greenery though out the hotel. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable and every night the housekeeping staff came and got the room ready for night and away made the bed with a beautiful welcoming design on the bed The entire hosting staff for breakfast and dinner was amazing made sure our dining experience was perfect food and drinks were delicious every single day. Definitely a must visit💕🥂✨ So Thank You Toa Hotel and Spa for making my 6 days and five nights a amazing experience💕🥂✨

Being there in the off season was the best decision I could have made. The staff there made sure I was never in need of anything. The rooms were absolutely spacious and clean. They arranged for my transportation to and from the hotel with no hassle. The general manager, front staff and the rest of the team made my stay absolutely a dream. Just a two second walk from the beach and the pool accessible from every room made this wonderful. Would absolutely return.

TOA SPA was a beautiful experience. Especially Mr. General Manager Ally is a wonderful person. He did everything to ensure that our holiday was enjoyable and comfortable. TOA is a sheer complex where the physical environment, cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the personnel are at their peak. If you are looking for calmness and tranquility, this is the place. Our mother and father and cousins left very happy, almost like a dream... Our heartfelt thanks to Ali and his team... I had a wonderful week at Toa - it is a lovely resort, very comfortable resort, with a great pool and spa. The food was very good, and there was a bbq on the beach as well while we were there, which was quite special. Really, what made the trip most enjoyable was the wonderful Toa staff - they looked after us so well, were very kind, and always smiling and sincere. I would definitely return is I have a chance. Thank you so much to everyone there!

We have spent 3 nights in this lovely new brand- clean hotel. The service is excellent! All people in the hotel are so friendly, flexible and kind. All wanting to take the extra step. Zamzam and Esther were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, the shower excellent, and all is so very clean. You can see that this hotel invested in having a very nice staff crew. We also had a live music night, with a BBQ, tasting all fresh and very well. We were there in rain season and multiple times a day everything needed to be changed, like sunbeds and dinner tables, the staff all did it with a smile! Everybody speaks English very well. Day trips can be organized in the hotel. The spa is wonderful too! We all 4 took great massages! We were here with a family, which was great, but couples will love this place too. In the evening every table has a nice candle and the atmosphere is very romantic. To summarize: our stay was excellent and lovely. Great compliments to the complete staff, from kitchen, to maintenance, bar and beach staff, and front office. This place is lovely!!!

The pictures are exactly what you get. The service was awesome and the employees are really friendly. Sega and Esther helped us with the reservations and were really helpful throughout the process with any questions. Recommending this place to anyone who wants to visit TZ
