The Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica - All Inclusive - Adults Only

I would like to update my review from previous to now a 5 star. Jorge stepped up and made things more special for this birthday week celebration. Amanda, the pool manager stepped up and made the rest of our vacation, relaxing and a big thank you to our Butler Ita for making, everything right for us. We loved the peninsula restaurant and Jose took great care of us. I know we’re always the first to complain when somethings not right, but Pacifica made it right for us so I wanted to acknowledge that. I will definitely be coming back now! My wife and I spent a week at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and both came back wishing we could have stayed longer.. This was probably the best hotel experience of our lives. Being more specific: Here's what we found great about it: - the dining options were outstanding - in particular, the Peninsula restaurant has a great view to the beach (photo included), top-notch food options (e.g. steaks, lobster, oysters), all served by attentive waiters - the cleanliness: for example, the bathrooms by the pool always smelled like they had just been cleaned, no matter what time we went there. Same goes for rooms, restaurants, bars, etc - the comfort: for example, all pool and beach chairs have cushions and most even have a towel liner that gets replaced every day. In addition, every morning they leave another towel rolled up on each chair. And there is always plenty of chairs available, there is no need to wake up at 6am to reserve one like in other places. - if you like exercising, the gym (in particular, the treadmills) have a prime view to the ocean. - there were live whales passing by undisturbed about 100ft from where we were sitting by the beach - amazing! - the ambient music is always soothing and elegant across the property (no EDM or Reggaeton thankfully) - the staff is always pleasant, smiling, some will even remember you by name after a few days and pay attention to what you like - the rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and I believe all have a view to the ocean (ours did and it was not one of the most expensive options) - you can take a free shuttle to explore other properties of the same group in Cabo San Lucas in case you want to vary things a little bit. For example, In 10 min you get to the "mercado" which is like a food court for fast food, deserts, drinks, coffee, etc - all inside the resort, so your all inclusive privileges work there. And from there you can take another shuttle that will take you to Rose, which is at a swimmable beach, and right in town, so you can do some shopping from there too (popular place from spring-breakers). It was good to do all this, but we were always very thankful to return to the elegance and tranquility of Pacifica at the end of the day. - because the beach is away from town and not easily accessible, there is absolutely no-one passing by offering souvernirs, massages, tours, etc. The beach is absolute tranquility at all times. - we didn't explore it ourselves this time around, but the Quivira golf course is right next to the hotel, and I heard it's quite remarkable. Here are a few other things that others might find not so good (but they were not an issue for us): - being an adults-only property, there was not a lot of resort-organized activities going on during the day or night - you can't swim AT ALL in the ocean in front of Pacifica due to really strong undercurrents. That is enforced all the time. - This property is one of the farthest from the SJD airport, so the transfer to/from will take

The property is very outdated!! The pools and jacuzzi need to be updated! The lounge chairs are very old and uncomfortable! One day during our stay we had no water! It was on and off all day! They just kept telling us they are working on the pipes! They didn’t compensate us or offer us anything! When the water did work it kept spouting in and out, it wasn’t consistent water! One night we went to dinner at the Asian/Japanese restaurant, we tried to order 4 or 5 different items and they told us they didn’t have any of the items! The staff was very friendly but the property was no worth the money!! Will not stay there again!

Excellent service with a smile. Great food. Quiet and very relaxing. Only negative is you can’t swim at the ocean as it’s really rough.

Beautiful property with amazing staff and food. It’s very tranquil with a subtle energy and there are a few fun activities offered during the day like pool volleyball, dance lessons, card games but mostly you’d come here for some R&R with a loved one. We stayed in the Towers and the bed was the most comfortable thing ever like sleeping on clouds, the rooms are on the smaller side but enough space for a 4 day trip. Our butlers were super nice and helpful though we really only used their services on day 1. The biggest letdown was the spa of you can even call it that. First of all, it’s hard to find, hidden below the lobby down a hall with barely any signs. There is a small locker room area for men and women and each has a tiny steam room, hot pool and cold pool q with 1 lounge chair. It’s tiny and very disappointing, especially since it’s such a nice resort overall. Feels like an after thought and I wouldn’t call it a spa. The I my other downside which really wasn’t a big deal is the VIP lounge. You’d think arrive would be great given the name but it’s incredibly slow and often the wait staff (only one was there each time we went who was actually taking orders) forgets your orders…this happened twice. We ordered soup which is likely somewhat premade and it took 35 mins yet we were the only ones there and it was like 3pm. Same thing happened the next day. I wouldn’t upgrade to a towers for that but overall very nice property with warm, friendly staff.

We first visited the Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica in August 2022 and rebooked while at the airport to go home. August was too hot and humid. We booked for February to swim with the Whale Sharks but something came up at home and we rebooked for June. The weather was wonderful! Not too Hot and no real humidity. The resort is tops. All the employees make you feel welcome!! A great level of service! The food is outstanding! The highlight of the trip were the special cocktails created for us at the Quivira Bar by the Euphemio!! We HIGHLY recommend!!!

Amazing stay, one of our top all inclusive. Know before going, tips are not included, not a big deal as service was great and we didn’t mind tipping but other resorts don’t accept it and this resort encourages it!

Beautiful views…fantastic beach and pool area. Food was very good. We’ll be back…
