Best Western Executive Inn

THey tried to put me in a smoking room when I infomed them I had two service animals. I arrived late in the evening and then the whole deal with the smoking room when I booked non smoking and had requested a lower level. The remote to the TV was completely missing a big chunk of the remote so the TV would not work. WHen I informed the front desk - they brought me one that also would not change the channels. On top of that the giuy at the desk seemed unconcerned and laughed at me. !!!!!! I checked out a whole day early !!!!!!!!!!! THey should not rent rooms where they clearly know the TV is not working. I left 3 messeges at the front desk for management to call me. No one ever called me. I did talk to the person at the desk in the morning and she said the remotes were all broken and they had ordered some but they were on back order. Again , I am paying $100 a night for a room with functioning bathroom, and TV !! I don't want to stay 3 nights in a hotel with NO TV. The carpets were really dirty. Not sure they have been cleaned or shampooed in my lifetime !!! I should not had to pay for this crap !! If you can't meet the minimum requirements, then don't rent the room out !!!! I would not stay no where else in cairo,ga only at best western the others hotels is trash this one is the best in cairo good customer service everything work no bed bugs thank God that's my biggest fear but im impressed this is my always go 2 hotel my question about it.

The building is in a safe quiet area, it is a little run down, (broken window in next room that had not been repaired or covered.

It’s a husband and wife duo that’s there. They are awesome. I love staying at this location.

Lady that checked me in was outside smoking a cigarette and then was inconvenienced that I showed up to check in so she had her boyfriend come to the counter with her to check me and was upset that she had to do it. The room was so dirty I slept in my clothes.

The people and the size of the room and how clean the room was is a great asset for this hotel!

It was close to our friend. A ligfht was biurned out. Couldn't make the TV to get more than 1 channel.

The hotel is okay at best. The staff are friendly and attentive, but the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, the drains didn’t drain promptly, there was hair from other guests.. fine for a cheap night but I’d want more for the price point

Customer service was great. We had a smoking room thats all they had available at the time and we dont smoke. Ive been in smoking rooms before and couldn't even tell it was but here 100 times than ive ever been in and also bugs crawling around.
