Ona Village Cala d'Or

Relaxing Everything is wonderful, and relaxed. We liked breakfasts in the garden overlooking the pool, and a neighbourhood cat visiting d both days! Except the jacuzzi shut off early (7pm) even though it is stated 8pm. The receptionist came but said without technician it could not be started.

We had an amazing family holiday here. Lovely area and perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped. It wasn’t too busy and it didn’t matter what time we went to the pool, there were always sunbeds available- which is rare in the school holidays! The staff were very friendly and helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend for families looking for a chilled holiday away from the packed all inclusive hotels.

These apartments were ideal for our couples holiday near Cala D'Or. We like to have restaurants and shops nearby without being in a noisy centre during the busy August holidays. A car was perfect for us since we found excellent beaches within a 40 minute drive as the nearest beaches were very popular.

We have been visiting Cala Egos for approximately 10 years now but last year we found Ona Village. It’s smaller than the previous places we have stayed and just perfect for us. The staff re friendly and professional, the apartments are nice and very clean, the washing machine is a bonus! We really enjoyed the pool area where it was always possible to get a sun-bed, the pool and area around it was clean and supervised by a lifeguard during the day. The pool bar offers a good range of drinks and some delicious hot and cold snacks which went down well with my teenagers. Every apartment is only a short distance from the pool and my son enjoyed the crazy golf and giant chess on the grounds. It’s a very short walk to a large supermarket and the local shops and restaurants. We are returning for another holiday here in 2024!

Everything... the resort, the town, no rush for sunbeds. All staff were really friendly and very accommodating. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bed apartment and it was a great size. The beds were massive and very comfortable. There is a Eroski supermarket right next to hotel which was very handy. The centre with bars and resturants was right next to this literally a 2 min walk from the complex. We ate in Yates every morming, they done a lovely breakfast where you can build your own for €1 per item. Defintately recommend. We had some lovely meals in Beatriz, The Western Steakhouse, Tonys but Mollys Irish bar was by far the best, we ate here twice but if we had of ate here on our first day we would have had it more.. They do homemade food and the portions are massive and very tasty. They do a Roast dinner on a Wednesday and a Sunday (would.recommend booking on these days) i got Turkey and it was delicious,they also have a singer on these days which was a nice addition..We also ate in Mr Food for lunch(not somewhere we would normally eat on a holiday,went as it was recommended by someone staying in the hotel) and have to say the jacket potatoes were lovely.We also ate lunch at the Tic Tac pool bar within the hotel. Tote and his mam were great, the food was lovely-small menu but you would find something to eat the Grilled Chicken baguettes and the Tuna baguettes were lovely..We got a taxi to Cala dor which was 6/7e much busier there Indiana Johns is a must if you go (nicer than the one in Egos,different owners) Pirate also good for food. We had a great holiday and would defintately return.
