We visited as a large family group having 4 rooms in total we stayed for a week all inclusive We had a great time I was so worried after reading reviews saying that people were having sickness bugs! We did not experience this! Our room was clean and tidy with a walk in shower 3 of us had this type room but the me of my sisters did have a shower over the bath which sounded a bit more dates so maybe some rooms have been upgraded?! The pools were popular but never struggled to find a sun bed the splash park was lovely and the last pool you can walk down a ramp into which was great for accessibility but the water was very cold I can imagine this would be enjoyable in the summer months due to the heat! Staff were all lovely and helpful rooms cleaned three times a week but could request more towels if needed The location was nice short walk to bars and shops, we hired a car and explored further I really recommend that! We went to the water park which was ok very small you only need the afternoon there and it’s half price in the afternoon also about 15 minutes walk from the hotel Food was lovely I’m not fussy at all so found something each night but couple of the kids lived off nuggets chips pizza etc there’s always nice pizza on offer due to the pizza counter There can be ques for the fresh cooked meat but often worth the wait we enjoyed lots of different deserts too! Never went hungry! Drinks were standard all inclusive in small cups but could have as many as you liked! The entertainment seemed good actives for children’s no adults in the day and mini discos and adult entertainment at night I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a quiet relaxing holiday for a great price Take strong mosquito repellent they are savage!

We had a week here at half term, the hotel was clean and the food was what you expect from all inclusive.The issues we found were at meal times it was extremely busy so we just went a bit later to avoid the mad rush. The area where the hotel is located is in a quiet area not many restaurants really to choose from but it was end of the season, the Jimmy Hills venue was brilliant for us this is only 5 minutes away. We had a great holiday but would probably go adults only next time.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay during half-term week, and have had a lovely stay! The reception team were pleasant on arrival and gave a sheet to us with lots of helpful information. We requested a room towards the back of the complex as it was quieter for a 7MO son, this request was granted which we were pleased with. We had a renovated apartment which wasn't as good as our previous Globales hotel (Cala Bona), but was perfectly adequate for our stay. The large flat screen television On to the elephant in the room - the food. It was adequate, not the best food we've had in a hotel, but by far not the worst! Importantly, we didn't find the issues of flies around the food to be anywhere near as much of a problem as others have mentioned, and none of us got food poisoning/gastroenteritis as the food was cooked fairly well, and was warm. Also - desserts were outstanding, as we've discovered seems to be a trend in Globales resorts. A shout out to chef Domingo, who helped cater for our 4YO daughter's allergies every night by cooking a separate meal - excellent customer service with a smile. A bus stop is located a 3/4 minute walk away and has half-hourly trips to Ciutadella. We would think about coming back again when our children are a bit older, as its perfect for those who are 6-11 years old, not for those who are younger - we found it a little too loud for our 4YO. Overall, the Binimar exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job of providing a welcoming place to come on our son's first holiday.

The hotel overall is ok . A choice of 3 pools catering for everyone though it does get busy and sun beds can be hard to find after 10am even in October . Food is what we expected having read previous reviews ( very repetitive and Luke warm) however we did manage to find something most days . We were travelling with a 23 month old who came down with a sickness bug mid way through the week and after asking if a meal could be taken to our room for my partner who was watching little one we were told no ( even the snack bar refused ) Bathroom needs updating, toilet was right up against the wall making it very awkward to use , bidet however had loads of space around it . Running a bath for little one was impossible without standing in the bath which was very slippy ( taps were opposite end of bath and a unit made reaching it impossible Would I return - no

Nearly finished a week here, had a lovely time , great pools, good food , staff work very hard , apartment had everything you need , would definitely return , only slight thing was at times food could be a bit hotter but other than that really enjoyed our week here and great location, easy to get out an about on buses and plenty of restaurants and English chippy in walking distance I think some of the complaints I've seen about the food are quite unfair, we've always found something we like and so did our fussy daughter.

This hotel is on par with many 4 star I've visted. Individual cooking stations for pizzas, fish and meat. Micro waves and plate warming ovens. All Inc finishes 23.45. Spotlessly clean, 3 pools to cater for music, kids and the quieter bottom pool. If you don't like kids entertainment, book an adults only. This is a returner. On par with the Barata chain in albufeira, and Belverdere on Costa Del Sol, Gavimar on Mallorca. Can't believe the moaners here!
