Hestia Hotel

I booked 2 I booked 2 suites *Bathrooms are small *Dirty bedding with excrement... most likely from insects *The shower gel dispenser is not working, it gives you 4 primitive sachets of shower gel *Small and dirty shower cabin *A pungent smell of old and unwashed furniture in the room *The outdated furniture with major signs of use and dust *The minibar is poor (1 bottle of still water 0.5, 2 bottles of still water carbonated...) *The breakfast is poor, in the 4 days they served the same menu, at 10 o'clock they turned off the lights even if you hadn't finished eating, practically inviting you to leave the dining room). *If you want to benefit from room cleaning, apart from 2 towels and 4 sachets of shower gel in the room, nothing changes). *Personally, I don't know how the Ministry of Tourism was able to certify this accommodation unit as a 4-star hotel! Or maybe no one has come to check it since its inception! For the sake of truthfulness, I am attaching pictures of all the things mentioned above.
