Очень плохой прием, не говорите по-французски

Очень разочаровывающий отпуск. Я попросил 2 комнаты рядом друг с другом, так как мы путешествовали с моим сыном и его молодой семьей, и нам нужно было иметь возможность использовать радионяню между двумя комнатами. Мы ждали наши номера 5 часов с годовалой девочкой, которая отчаянно нуждалась в своей детской кроватке, которую, кстати, поставили в номер за 5 евро в день (мы знали об этом, но впервые за детскую кроватку взяли плату)! Немного раньше нам предложили одну комнату, но сказали, что мы не будем вместе, поэтому мы ждали, поэтому было важно, чтобы у нас были смежные комнаты. Мы наконец-то получили комнаты, но не вместе!! Ночи проведены в разных местах!! Грязь и разочарование!! Звукоизоляция отсутствует!!! Шум у нас нереальный!! Вы можете ясно слышать разговоры по соседству, не говоря уже о детях и взрослых, играющих в коридорах, хлопающих дверями, стучущихся в двери, кричащих и кричащих. Кажется, никто ничего не контролирует. Мы очень мало спали из-за постоянного шума всю ночь! Очень маленький бассейн также находится без присмотра. Конечно, дети будут прыгать и играть, но постоянные бомбардировки с 9 утра до 7 вечера делают бассейн непригодным для многих! Так много людей жалуются на те же проблемы, что и мы. Сейчас я в отеле в 23.09. Еще 2 ночи впереди, дети играют в коридоре возле нашей комнаты, дети плачут, взрослые кричат, двери хлопают, это просто кошмар!! Я действительно не любитель вечеринок, всем должно быть весело, это праздник, но это не весело.

Отличное расположение, большие комнаты, мы ходили на самообслуживание, поэтому у нас не было еды. Уборщики не подметали и не мыли наши комнаты, поэтому приводил себя в порядок, что не было проблемой, они заправляли кровати и оставляли чистые полотенца каждый день. Очень шумно, поэтому, если вам нравится спать, не ходите сюда. Люди стучались в нашу дверь после полуночи. Небольшой бассейн не использовался, пошел на пляж. Грубый персонал бара, который не утруждал себя обслуживанием, всегда казался угрюмым. Больше сюда не приду.

Очень обидно. Пришлось бороться с шумом с улиц и соседних помещений. Попросили поменять номер, но администраторы не услужили. Уехали на 3 дня раньше и потеряли цену за 3 ночи, так как нам не вернули деньги. Я бы не рекомендовал.

В целом удовлетворительное пребывание, очень добрый и профессиональный персонал, чистый и просторный номер, но не хватает места для хранения вещей. Отель рядом с пляжем и магазинами, бассейн подходит, но немного мал, учитывая количество клиентов в июле и августе.

Very clean. Includes a balcony on the pool side. Efficient kitchen, good beds, air conditioning and comfortable space. Bring spices if you plan on cooking. This hotel is close to transport and the beach. Shops are close. Staff are helpful and kind.

I have spent 3 nights in the hotel with my 4 yo daughter for my husband’s Ironman race. The service is extremely good and the hotel has outstanding and very friendly stuff. It happened to be my daughter’s birthday. The staff was very kind and professional. They prepared a little celebration for us. They do things with their hearts! In addition, the buffet breakfast and dinner are fantastic, with a great variety choice of food, fresh and delicious always. They change the selections everyday. Also, for my husband’s Ironman race, there is clear information in the hotel to help him for the preparation. They have a bike room for guests to gear and clean up the bikes, a very thoughtful touch. When my husband was running for the race, I have spent great time with my daughter in the pool as well as the children’s room equipped with a lot of toys. I can’t recommend this hotel more. Thank you so much for this great experience!

Spotless clean, apartment was spacious. Staff are so nice and friendly. We had lunch on a few occasions and it was nice and reasonably priced. We would return definitely. The pool is small but my son enjoyed it!

All staff are friendly they serve with a smile especially Nika. Very near to the beach and amenities. Quite and safe area . Food is excellent an always fresh. We love here is ambience especially the fresh fruits they served. Recommended

Cannot fault the hotel - apartment was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Equipped with all you need and friendly staff. I have only two faults but I think they lie with easy jet holidays - firstly the hotel is NOT on the beachfront. In fact you cannot see the sea. It’s a good 300m walk down the road and over a railway line. Still when you get there it’s very nice. Secondly , beware. If you book with easyJet they include transfers. What they don’t tell you is they don’t drop you at this hotel. The grumpy driver off loads you on the main road a good 1/4 of a mile away and doesn’t tell you where to go. Thank god for google maps. We have to find our way to the same spot at 3am for pick up !

Lovely modern clean family hotel Kids loved it Lots to choose from at meal times always something different Only slight bad thing is entertainment isn’t very good and there’s never enough seats for everyone to watch. Staff lovely & helpfull One grumpy man on the bar But overall a great family hotel 😃

The hotel is just 10mins walk to the train station. There are also taxis. About 15 mins walk to the beach. Shopping and groceries and small shops around. Good location and you'll feel safe even at walking at night.

This is a fantastic little hotel, 5 mins walking distance to the Calella high street, which has some lovely shops and restaurants, walking distance to the beach, and also the train station which has a direct line to Barcelona. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly, and if you decide on the half board option the food is varied and tasty. We are a family of 5, with 3 children (5, 6, and 11) and would definitely return.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Great selection of food for all tastes. Rooms were clean and comfortable with enough storage. Kids loved the pool and the activities. Hotel located 5 minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Underground parking. Highly satisfied. I can only recommend.
