Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

Я бы лучше охарактеризовал этот отель как трехзвездочный. Люди очень милые и чистые, но в нашей комнате всегда есть черные клопы. К тому же в спальне очень шумно. Каждый вечер здесь проходят спектакли и представления, и вы можете слышать это из своей комнаты, как если бы вы сидели перед сценой. Утром вы также можете слышать, как уборщики едут на своих тележках перед вашей комнатой, и это звучит так, как будто приближается машина. Я также могу отслеживать разговоры своих соседей. Расположение отличное для нас, но на самом деле цена в этом отеле немного завышена. Хороший завтрак

This is our 5th or 6th visit to the ereza mar, we started to read the reviews before we came and were worried that it wouldn't be up to pre covid standard's. We said that we would write an honest review for those returning and worried about standard's slipping and also to advise those coming for the first time. Arival, reception and staff We have noting negative to say about any of this, we checked in at 11am after an early flight told our room would be ready in about an hour and we could use the luggage room and all all inclusive facilities. We went back to reception when the advise too and our room was ready. I had emailed ahead to room choice and a bottle of cava to be in the room on arrival as we got engaged here 4 years ago and have recently married. This was all there for us and our requested room too. Room - Jr suite sea view 131 The room is cleaned daily, towels changed, chocolates left on pillows each day. Fridge freezer to store our drinks and snacks great. I think the only difference here is we are all inclusive and previously there was a bottle of water left per day this is now just 1 on arrival. Sugar isn't replenished and there is no coffee only tea. Not a massive deal as there is a shop not to far where we bought what we needed for the week. Food and drink This is the biggest issue we have had, we used to really enjoy the meals here but we are struggling this time to put a meal together. So far we were impressed with the Sunday roast that even had yorkshire puds so we will give extra points for that but a lot of fish dishes and not a lot of choice. Noting seems so be labeled so it's a guess I did laugh at one item labeled mini burgers and they were fish fingers . We did enjoy the pool bar snacks though, and it was nice they were served to you and not left sitting in the sun all day to dry out! The cocktails are now not mixed they come from a machine and are not the best. We booked all inclusive as I used to love their cocktails but this sadly now isn't the case. Clientel and entertainment This hotel seems to definitely now be aimed towards the elderly, we did feel pretty out of place here most of the time and we're are in out 40s. The entertainment doesn't start until around 9.20pm amd if like us you are early eaters you seem to sit waiting this lead to us going out a lot. Over all. If your 55 plus you may love it here! if you want beautiful views and a base to relax maybe its the place for you also. polite staff work so hard and are a credit to this hotel. Would we return? Unfortunately I don't think this hotel is for us anymore. We would have liked a little music round the pool, real cocktails and the food back to the origional standard's.

This is my 3rd visit to ereza mar hotel. All staff no matter what area they work in are so friendly, helpful and lovely people nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the rooms are excellent with everything you need even down to the mini bar if you want to use it, but the in house entertainment and services are really good. Any problems report them to the reception and its sorted straight away. The hotel is right on the sea front and about a 10 minute slow walk to the beach, even less to the local bars and cafes. It is also normally a quiet hotel and area. I will definitely be back the sooner the better

We had a great stay here at the beginning of April. Very clean and staff all friendly. Clean towels daily and paid a deposit for a pool towel which we got a refund at the end. Same with the safe. We were all inclusive and I would only have a negative of breakfast is missing an omelette bar and if we wanted to skip breakfast there wasn’t the bar open to just go and relax with a coffee / get a drink. Also had to go into breakfast restaurant to get water for the gym. But that would be picking something to improve. Lunch and evening meals were great. Lots of fish choices and different themes each evening. The drinks were great - the cocktails were pre-made and not amazing but what we expected for the price paid and the wine and beer was great. Very clean pool. There is an area on the roof with hot tubs too. Able to feed chipmunks outside the hotel grab some nuts from the local shop and they come over and eat them from your hand. Would recommend for couples or solo traveler’s.

Just spent a week there hotel was every thing we wanted food excellent` staff very friendly and helpful and the games during the day were brilliant well done all booked next year already.5 star treatment.

Positives first, rooms lovely and so clean, central location, cleaning staff lovely. Some of the bar staff were amazing, could always get a lounger round the pools. Said does all the entertaining around the pool on his own and try’s to get everyone involved. Which is hard when you have a lot of very unenthusiastic people. We had a lot of fun with you though and he made us all feel very welcome, food was hit and miss, often cold and tasteless, not much choice and I’m not a fussy eater, and only a handful of the restaurant staff were nice, asked for a bowl from a female chef as there were none out and she was very abrupt with me and another lady who was also waiting. We were a family of six who like to dine together but were told one night that they couldn’t put tables together to accommodate us, but they did so for everyone else, another day my husband and I sat at a table for four and restaurant manager was very rude told us this wasn’t allowed, where should we have sat ? As there was no other tables for just two, felt they gave more attention to their regulars, On another occasion the older reception manager seen fit to tell me to shut up as I proceeded to wish my niece a happy Birthday, said I was to loud, sorry but I wasn’t the person being loud and quickly pointed this out, no apology or nothing from him, we paid a lot of money for this holiday, I will not be returning to this hotel. I will go to one that caters for a younger clientele and I’m in 50’s but still like to hear people laughing and having a good time without out being told to be quiet, I don’t go on holiday to walk on egg shells. I wasn’t the only person at this hotel made to feel this way, met a lot of lovely people though and hopefully see them again but at another hotel. As for you Said you are wasted at this hotel, you do an amazing karaoke and we had a great couple of nights with you and the friends we made, if you ever move to a new place we will visit but sadly not at this hotel, such a shame as this could be a better hotel if managers and certain staff brush up on their hospitality skills.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks at the Ereza Mar from 21st March to 4th April, after a short transfer we arrived and were welcomed by a smiling and helpful receptionist. The hotel is immaculately clean and well presented as are the rooms, our room was cleaned every day and clean towels were provided everyday, you can hire pool towels at reception for €5 pp which is refundable on your departure and these can be changed for clean ones whenever you wish. We didn't bother renting the safe in the room. We booked half board but ate out 5 nights at an Indian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant (Fusion 22, Masala and Restaurant Hong Kong) which all good. The food at the hotel is good, always fresh fish, meat and vegetarian dishes with plenty of choice. Some people have moaned on their reviews about the food being repetative but there is only so many ways to cook fish and meat to serve twice daily over 2 weeks so this is understandable, my advice would be if you don't want to eat the same thing a couple of times over a fortnight either don't book all inclusive or choose something different!! We sat around the infinity pool most days which was lovely however you do need to reserve your sun loungers quite early as this spot gets the sun all day. The roof terrace is also lovely with hot tubs and a sauna plus plenty of sun loungers. Al the staff are delightful, so friendly and polite and always with a smile on their faces. You can upgrade from half board to all inclusive for €13 a day. We met some lovely new friends who I'm sure we will keep in touch with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here as al one traveller as its such a safe, secure and friendly hotel and resort. We will sure be back. Thank you Ereza Mar for a beautiful holiday!

I came to this hotel with family , the staff are amazing, service was second to none. The place was always spotless the cleaning staff do a stunning job. Special mention to Said he is hardworking, Awsome guy and so kind he helped set up a birthday celebration for my sisters birthday we Apreciate you Said!! . if you do visit make sure you do the activities you will meet amazing people,if you lose a game... Tequila!! The Only problem we had was the shower overflowing (it wasnt that bad really) I would say that was at no fault of the hotel I think the grate stops the water going down.
