DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL on Trip! Front desk staff did not accept prepaid checkin voucher when I arrived. It took several minutes, a call to Trip and much discussion, showing of documents and receipts, until clerk finally called senior staff. Poor training? Maybe. Rude and unpleasant? Absolutely! Apologetic? Definitely not! Last time I will stay here no matter how I book.

Great place by the airport. The woman at the front desk was particularly awesome.

第二次入住。房間依舊很好。而且這次入住發現洗衣和烘乾機都是免費使用的。但是酒店早上的機場送機服務很差很混亂，把給我預訂的出租車給了別人，然後酒店臨時花了20分鐘叫車，不僅機場lounge沒去成，飛機都差點上不去。如果以後趕早班機，絕對不能用酒店的送機服務。

I would like to say, this is my 3rd stay in this hotel. (We always get a 1 bedroom suite). I have given excellent reviews and 5 stars, every other time . We have never had an issue, before now. We would have stayed 4x, but we were cancelled with a few days notice, last time. They had a flood, so understandable. This time was a nightmare from start to finish. We can overlook lack of kitchen and bathroom supplies, but the housekeeping is none existent. You can’t even get any towels, when you walk right up to her. We bought toilet paper, paper towels and Lysol wipes. I cleaned the room myself, the night we arrived. I don’t mind doing this, but on day 3, it would have been nice to get the floors vacuumed and bathroom done. Or to have arrived to a clean, stocked room. We arrived and the bathroom was dirty. (Photos enclosed). Hairs In the tub and on the floor. Toilet was full of cracks and this nasty black stuff, all down the sides. The kitchen had sugar on the floor, in corners. The living room carpet had dried up rice on and couch has dried food on the arms. Breakfast use to be a breakfast sandwich and hot food. The lady there said, they don’t do any of that now. When you look at the price of the rooms, add $30 on top for breakfast. You will have to eat out. Unless you want toast or a muffin. Cold coffee. Take in mind, we stayed 5 nights. There was one dishwasher tablet. 1 coffee pack(enough for one cup), half a roll of toilet paper, half a roll of paper towel, almost empty box of Kleenex, 2 hand creams(full). No one uses hand cream anyway. Probably why they were full. There was used, not even 1/2 full, travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Who wants to use someone else left over toiletries. We were provided 2 small/thin bath towels . I used both. (One for my hair). This left my husband with 2 hand towels to get dry on. Donate the half empty ones, like other hotels do. The next morning(day 2), I went to change the towels. Housekeeping was in the hallway(way down from my room). I walked down to her. I asked if I can change my towels for clean. She pointed at the dirty laundry bag. I put the towels, dish cloth and tea towel in. She didn’t give me towels. I asked her for some towels. She said,”Later”. I told her, we don’t have any towels now. She said,”later”. I told her, we are waiting to go out and don’t have any towels. AGAIN!!! She said,”Later”. I was obviously getting nowhere, so I walked away. I then realized, she didn’t ask what room I was in. I walked back down the hallway and asked if she knows my room. She said,”No”. I told her my room. How was she bringing towels ,”Later”, when she didn’t even see what room I came out of. We came back in the evening and she had put 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in the room, but no face cloths, no dish cloth and no tea towel. I had given her all of this. When we arrived, I got a text saying, we would get room service on 3rd day. The 3rd day came. I strippe

the hotel is undergoing renovation. The hallways had the carpets ripped up and the hallways had an odd smell and some room numbers only had paper signs on them. No notice was given upon check-in. I could hear people walking above me. Quite dissapointed.

Great Location, Very helpful staff, free parking, free good breakfast, luggage storage. Hotel arranges free Taxi to and from airport. Has free to use washing, dryer. Big room. Can't think of better place in Calgary for short stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I stayed there last night after my 11:30 pm connecting flight was cancelled. When I arrived at the hotel with my spouse, we asked for a basic room which was just a queen bed. We are bigger people and the front desk clerk actually asked us if it would fit both of us. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!! And yes, we both easily fit on the bed!! Disgusting question to be asked!!!

Stayed here for business - great location to the airport and only a 20 minute UBER ride to downtown. The Hotel pays for your taxi to/from the airport. Really nice suite, would be good for a party of 3 or 4 even. Complimentary Continental breakfast included - not spectacular but good enough to fill the gap. Restaurant in neighbouring hotel opens at 4pm, so no place to eat close by until then. I'll stay here again for sure.

We stayed at this hotel the night before departing on an early morning flight. Checkin was quick and we received two complimentary bottles of water. The one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well priced suite close to the airport.

This hotel has a lot of potential but there are also a lot of things that need to change to truly get this hotel up to a four star rating. The location is great but this alone wasn’t enough to keep us at this hotel. The daily breakfast was always sold out well before 9:30 am, the rooms by the parking garage are noisy, the restaurant under those same rooms starts to move metal tables and chairs at 8am by dragging them on the pavement and this process took almost an hour and woke everyone up, including our kids. There was a lack of dishes and cutlery in the room and a lack of daily cleaning. We were originally told that we had to stay more than three nights to qualify for cleaning. Once we informed the front desk that we were staying for five nights under two reservations, we were told that we could request daily cleaning upon special request, but the standard was to provide cleaning every two days. All of this is insufficient, in my opinion, given that we are on vacation and paying $500/CAD night to stay at this hotel. After two nights we checked out and moved to a suite at the Disneyland Hotel which exceeded our expectations.

We booked the hotel after our flight was canceled. The staff was very courteous and helpful The rooms were nice and clean, but squeaky doors & bed really had me going. Wish i had some WD-40 with me; otherwise, overall the stay was great.
