"Terrible, should not be a Wyndham property. I am a diamond Wyndham rewards member. I requested 1pm check through canary and they never responded to it. Get to the hotel and stand and wait for 20 mins, first behind a lady apparently just using the front desk to lean on. She never spoke to staff and was there for 10 plus minutes. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help, I just stood there behind this lady. Then lady leaves, guy behind desk proceeds to help a staff member while I continue to wait without a simple greeting. Finally he acknowledges me and tells me that the computer isn’t working he needs a password. So I wait some more. Finally lady comes and gets computer working. I get a notification on my phone that canary has charged my card and then he asks for my card again to run through his machine. He gives me no indication what for when I asked him why. I ask for a first floor room because my mother is handicappedand he says he will ask the lady who had left the area. He waits 30 seconds and tells me there are no first floor rooms. He did not ask anyone. I said ok, where is the elevator? He tells me they don’t have one. At this point I’m pissed. This hotel is a joke, breakfast was a stale pastry or fruit. Terrible representation of Wyndham Hotels."

"Очень мирный и тихий и чистый завтрак тоже был хорошим"
