The location is very accesible, the place is clean and above all, the staffs are friendly and accomodating.

Our experience at the hotel was overall comfortable and peaceful. Rooms were tidy and along with that delicious breakfast food.

I took a nice night and got relaxed with the comfortable room, I enjoyed nice meals in the room with my wife, very nice sweet stay, thank you.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The bathroom was tidy, with a good supply of toiletries and hot water.

Room is okay and budget friendly. It is tidy and with enough space to move around.

To long to wait to transfer in other room.the aircon is not working

The room is very small. No hair dryer in the room. Hot shower is not working. I have to follow up for my food order for them to deliver it. They are fast in informing you to check out. Staff are kind but the service is very different and far from other Sogo hotels. I won't recommend this hotel.
