Very good value for money, beautiful views a little run down in places. We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom sea view apartment (you defo want the sea view apartment upgrade well worth the money). The only negative is that the hallways and corridors are very dark and a piece of wood did fall onto the floor in front of us that was attached to a wall one day, some parts of the hotel are very old (corridors mainly) and the rooms are a little dated. But it’s a very good value for money apartment hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was very warm. Outdoor pools were very cold but that is to be expected in October. The walk to the beach in less than a minute and it’s a beautiful beach with lots of bars and shops. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to Aldi supermarket. 5 minute walk to the main strip. The balcony looks out beautifully over the sea and we were so lucky with the weather.

The hotel was great and in a fantastic location,it could do with being modernising but it is ok? the staff were fantastic and the cleaning staff were really courteous and friendly and did a great job. The reason I gave the hotel 1 star is the Air conditioning was diabolical 😡 My family and I have been coming to Palma Nova for 20 years and I have never had air conditioning as bad as this 😡 Globales should be ashamed of themselves they charge high prices yet don’t spend any of it on the hotel?they’re a joke. I can safely say that I would not stay at these apartments again

Spent 4 nights here and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean maid service was great clean towels everyday. Perfect location.

I wanted a cheapish get away with my 4 children. We stayed for 4 nights in July. Positives…. Room was clean Perfect location… beach within 1 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops within a minute walk. Staff were all lovely, really friendly. In particular one of the life guards was really attentive, fun with the kids and really kept an eye on them. Dieago I think his name was. Waitress was very friendly too, couldn’t fault any of the staff. The food was ok in the little bar and we ate there twice for lunch. Negatives There’s a real issue with sun beds and people putting towels down all day, leaving for 5 hours, then coming back. We struggled to get a bed all week. Pool is very deep and only a small area for the little ones to play. The room was basic but I didn’t expect too much for what we paid for 5 of us. Bit of an ant problem in our room but we wasn’t there long enough to worry. The local area is just so expensive. Not the hotels fault but worth noting if you’re going. Highly recommended the pirates adventure show. Although we had an issue getting there due to taxis being very busy. Waited 2 hours for a taxi and ended up being late. Couldn’t pre book either. The show was spectacular. All in all it was a lovely stay. Wouldn’t go back due to the subbed issue but a very friendly little hotel.

Our last night here and gutted to be leaving 2 adults and 3 kids , this little gem is fantastic, staff are absolutely lovely, rooms are spotless , bar and food excellent and great prices , location is fantastic, I will definitely come again, there is young groups and I had to call down one night as it was very bad and within 5 mins they had knocked in and warned them, never a peep after , beach is literally across the road

We are here now and the place itself is ideally situated, clean and staff are great, unfortunately we won’t be back. When booking it stated no large groups are allowed to book which was a plus for us but this is definitely NOT the case! I’m all for people enjoying their holiday however they feel but sometimes a line needs to be drawn so it doesn’t get to the point where other guests are being disturbed. There is a large amount of groups of boys and girls staying and whilst some are being respectful of other guests others are definitely not…smoking ***** on the balconies, VERY loud music, people knocking on your door and buzzing your buzzer when passing at various times of the day and night, shouting, throwing loo rolls off balconies, the list goes on. This is not a family hotel but it was advertised as such so it’s quite disappointing and looking at other reviews it seems other guests feel the same.
