Sol Wave House All Suites

First impressions were great, a fantastic location in magaluf just across road from the beach, the reception staff friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with balcony. Room is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave fridge and utensils. The bathroom also spacious, decent shower, with shower gel, hand wash and hairdryer. Air conditioning was great too. Rooms serviced daily, cleaning staff also friendly and helpful. Free pool towel available at reception. The pool area really lets this hotel down and will be the reason we won't return to this hotel. If your into sunbathing there is a sun deck area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, which is set away from the pool area. The pool is lovely, however if you want a sunbed by the pool you have to pay for them, if you don't pay for the loungers you can't bring anything poolside, it has to be left with loungers on the sundeck. The adult only pool, looks nice, however you have to pay to use it. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel, as it was quite expensive. There was a lovely place nextdoor for cocktails and plenty of restaurants close by.

It was a bit hard to find the entrance of the parking of the hotel due to a lack of signage. Once at the reception desk, i had the opportunity to speak with Mr Alvaro Losada the hotel director who explained to me he ordered this panel couple of months ago and was waiting for it. The reaction of the manager and his team to compensate this situation was just amazing of hgh professionalism, empathy and offers. The hotel location is fantastic, just in front of a beautiful beach with easy access to all facilities, including children area and restaurants. The personnel is friendly and the room was cleaned up every day and beach towels were provided daily. The area can be very crowded during the summer high season with lots of young people who are partying, this can be noisy in the center, but if you stay along the beach side you are better of to enjoy some quiet time. It was a very good experience and recommend to all people looking for a comfortable hotel with all the best facilities including swimming pools (one for small children) and area, The rooms with seaview are breathtaking. Thank you again to Mr Alvaro Losada for making our stay a nice and comfortable one.

Just got back from a weeks stay here. Hotel was lovely from start to finish. The reception staff were really friendly, helpful and kind. Any thing you needed they helped with straight away. Hotel is right on the beach and has a restaurant called Hadleys with a clothes shop and wave machine. The restaurant bar was a bit pricey and there are a lot of bars and restaurants that are much cheaper, as well as shops outside hotel are more expensive and there is a Aldi that’s a 5 minute walk. There were some works going on but nothing that was in anyone’s way or caused a disturbance The hotel was very clean and rooms cleaned daily by the lovely ladies, again very friendly! There are 2 pools, infinity and oasis We found oasis pool quite dangerous and saw a few people get cuts and scratches as the whole of it is like a gravel. Huge sun lounging area and sunbed drinks service. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it’s for solos, friends or family’s. Would definitely stay here again

This rating is divided in to two parts: 1- The hotel is super clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception (Emad, Bea, Bianca, Ismael and Jose) are very professional, outstanding communication and always has a smile on their faces. They try to make your staying comfortable as it can be without even asking. Hats off for them. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The cleaning service is top. 2- I took half board and I do not recommend any person to do so. To be fair, the breakfast is somehow ok but the dinner is super bad. A 2 star hotel serves better food. As I knew the last day, that the restaurant is a third party that working with the hotel and I hope they changed it. overall I am satisfied with the stay and I would for sure book again without the dinner option.

Stayed here in October 2022. Nice rooms with everything you need. Small kitchenette is very handy ( especially the fridge to keep your drinks cold ). Beautiful pool area and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants at the front of the hotel. Tasty breakfast. Instead of room cards you get a bracelet. Another bracelet for garage's gate. Overal nice place!

Our holidays were tragic. We are really disappointed. Pictures in the website are FAKE. Hotel shows that there are bali beds and nice loungers that ARE NOT HOTEL BELONGINGS. You have to pay 100 euros per day to use the bed. Also the loungers near the swimming pool are also paid and you are not allowed to use them. All these nice pictures of beds and loungers are Hadley's Club's belongings. We chose this hotel for nice bali beds actually but we couldn't use it. The surf machine never worked but the Hotel also publishes nice pictures of it. They fool their guests. We asked to use the beds for free so the person who is working here offered us to use their other beds that looked terrible, after all he confirmed that they cannot offer it anymore. The reception desk workers are rude and not helpful. They didn't seem to care about the issues. If you have half board, for dinner you have to walk to another hotel. The food was terrible, we asked to return the money so all they could offer was 10 euros per day... while we paid 50 euros for that terrible food. Breakfast was all the time the same and there was always lack of food. They offer to eat dinner at Hadleys club, they offer 1 starter and 2 main dishes for 2 people. Asian restaurant never worked. Hotel's interior is actually old, the corridors and doors to the rooms are like 50 years old. It is advertised as 4 star hotel but it barely scrapes a 2 star experience. All you get is an old room, poor lounger, terrible food and rude receptionist!!!

We Found the Breeza Beach Club next door to the hotel, it still belongs to the complex but is run seperately. There are beds available to use or if you want to feel special you can hire the Bali beds, the food from their kitchen was excellent and the staff are lovely, used the pool all week

It was a bad ending to our summer holiday. We left our holiday in Alcudia to try this Sol Wave House hotel in Magaluf for an experience which made us regret our decision. If you are planning to go to Alcudia, then stay in Alcudia. Or if you want to try to see Magaluf, go to another hotel.For us Sol Wave was OVERPRICED for the service and accommodation that they offer. The hotel has a bad vibe starting from the guest hotel entrance. Loading area was dark and stinky of puke. As you come up to the reception lobby, the place looks like a motel. Receptionist that time was very helpful. I wish I could remember her name so I could acknowledge her great personality. (ROOM) As we entered our room it was quite humid and hot like there was no air conditioning at all. The room smells like sweat where you know someone just left and used that room. The bed/mattress feels so overused and the sofa bed we requested for our 3 yo kid was dirty. We have booked a sea view as indicated on their website but you can't even see the beach from where we are. Our view was buildings and pubs where you hear the noise from the crowds at night. For our whole stay we've been considerate with the feel and vibes but what made this very unacceptable was the 2 nights in a row that the air conditioning was not working. Imagine being in the beach the whole day and you expect and PAID for a comfortable hotel to sleep on but then you get a no air condition, smelly room. All of us were sweating the whole night most especially my 3 year old son. We requested for an electric fan and the reception said that they don't even have one. A hotel without a fan?? Me and my husband didn't get to sleep till 5am. It was horrible. Plus, the noisy people on the hallway screaming, running, etc. yet none of the hotel staff were even considerate to tell them off that there are other guest sleeping. (BATHROOM) was so tiny and the glass doors of the shower was sealed properly that the water from the shower was coming out towards where the sink and the toilet is. (GUEST EXPERIENCE OFFICER) That morning the reception directed us to their guest experience officer to raise our complain but she wasn't helpful at all. All she said was send an email and when we did, she didn't even bother to responding. Unprofessional. You know who you are. (SWIMMING POOL) The pool was small and we find it dangerous for kids as it was on the highest part of the deck. And there were steep stairs to reach it. You can't even let your kid swim while you sit and relax on the deck beds because they are charging so much for all the deck beds (100-150euros depend on the size). There was a pool downstairs next to the restaurant that looks more safe for kids but they said that it was only for adults. They advertised in the website that they have the wave pool which was one of the reason why we chose this hotel but when we got there it was not working. We came on a summer time (August). So when do they operate this wave pool? Neither the

Probably one of the best locations to stay in magaluf. On the beach and close to the start of the *****. Stayed in a junior sweet great view overlooking the pool and sea. Cleaners cleaned the room every day and worked around when we was out the room. Think the outside areas are now run by a beach club called hadleys super expensive a beer and a jd and coke €22 thats crazy. Maybe they can have a hotel guest rate for drinks. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
