Amazing modern waterfront beach house on Driftwood Shores, Camano Island! Enjoy stunning mountain and water views, spa-inspired bathrooms, and a freestanding soaking tub. With direct beach access, the backyard offers a fire pit, outdoor dining, and BBQ. Endless activities await fishing, crabbing, whale watching, and more. Just minutes from Camaloch Golf Course, grocery stores, boat launches, and local eateries.The space [Home Layout] Two story home [Main floor] -Entry: Few steps to get inside the front entry. -living room: Two futon sleeper and TV is smart only- no cable. -kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances, drip coffee pot and a dining table. -Bedroom #1: One queen bed -Bathroom #1: Shower with standalone tub. -Laundry room located in the bedroom closet. -Split unit air conditioner located in the living room only. One flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. [2nd floor] Bedroom #2: King bed Bedroom #3: King bed Bathroom #2: Shower in the hallway with no tub. Split unit AC located in the hallway only. [OTHERS] -Parking available in the driveway only. -Propane BBQ: Is directly attached to the house. Please set the timer located on the BBQ before starting it. Note: Clean after each use. -No access to the two sheds on property. The owner has access to the sheds and will access as needed. -Propane fire pit: Set timer located on the fire pit before use. Use a long lighter to light up. -Beach access directly in the backyard. - Outdoor furniture might be moved in or covered during rain/storm season. Note: paddle board and other water sports are only available during the summer season. -This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. - WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur. * If any of the above occurs no refund will be given* [IMPORTANT TO NOTE] * CHECK IN CHECK OUT * -The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins. -ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in. * QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM * Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm! *The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events. For any reservation for 25 nights and over, all utilities of gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities. House Rules Check-in requirements (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hours prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *Additional fees may be charged if items are added after your booking is confirmed such as pool heat, pets, etc. *Your Luxsle host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn't signed by the time of check-in, we can't check you in. *Third party reservations aren't allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can't be transferred, or name changed after the reservation is booked. *All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score) *Any reservation over 25 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, as a flat fee. * We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins -The check-in information and the door code is sent at 4 pm check-in time on the day of check-in once you are all set for your check-in -For early check-ins, the check-in host will automatically let you know on the day of check-in if the property is ready earlier For the properties with in person check-in (Applies to our units at Belltown Court 2415 2nd Ave Seattle WA 98121) , Check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the date of Renter's arrival; a 30-minute window needs to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance (unless same day booking). For in-person check-in tour we have discounted late check-in window fees that must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, the late check-in fee from 6pm to 12 am is 25 USD. No late check-in is available after 12am and the guest must schedule a time for the following day, please communicate with the host for the earliest check-in time available. B. Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in up to a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees.
