The Lighthouse

Bad security and staff attitude. The security threaten and argue our guide which we hired. Shame the service staff could do better but i guess its the hotel company culture, I stay at better hotel in Can Tho before and this will be my first and last time. Will recommend my friends and colleague to avoid this place indefinitely.

This is a perfectly located apartment hotel. Our room was beautifully appointed and service was friendly and helpful, especially when they accommodated a request for a late check-out with a very reasonable fee. We dined in the restaurant and could not fault our stay

This is a terrific place with an imaginative and eclectic menu. It has a mixture of Asian and "western" food. The papaya salad has a Vietnamese dressing to die for and the slow cooked beef could grace any restaurant in the world. The cocktails were also excellent. We even had a dessert which is something we rarely do. And it was worth it for the trio of creme brulee which was a delight. However all of the above pales when compared to the lovely, charming, smiling and sooo efficient staff. A special mention for the lovely lady Vy, we both thought it a delight to be served by Vy. We paid in cash but left 500000 Dong too much by mistake. Vy and another staff member chased us up the street to return the money!!

Great place to stay. Really clean and tidy and very nicely put together - lots of lovely touches Very helpful staff and a great location. It is run out of the restaurant next door (which has a great coffee machine). Perfect place for a Mekong Delta visit.

We had a great breakfast. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely go again. It is situated in a great location directly across from the Mekong Delta. We had the American breakfast and the French breakfast.

The food was superb 👌 I found "The light house " randomly and I have ended up having a lunch where the food was amazing and the staff super welcoming. Probably the beast meal over the last 2 weeks. Thank you to the Lighthouse 👏

an hour ago NEW Location is great, but I felt ripped off. I went over to the hotel to get a room, they quoted me 1.6 million. Left to get my stuff and noticed that the pricing was 200-300 thousand cheaper. When I pointed that out to the hotel staff they didn't want to honor it. I hadn't paid for my room yet, honestly should've just paid for it online so they couldn't dispute me but I didn't feel like arguing at that point. The location is great, but you can definitely hear the traffic from the 2nd floor. I specifically told them I needed a quiet room and they assured me the rooms are quiet; they are not. They also use glass bottles in the restrooms and will charge 500k if it slips and breaks. Complete ripoff. Do not reccomend.

Stopped by and have been amazed at the food. We had the tuna tataki cooked to perfection, green mango salad with shrimp and yin Yang rolls, 3 fried and 2 fresh. They also brought us a complimentary taster of eggplant and pork. So delish. All superb and the staff attentive. Lovely to also have good wine and liqueurs.
