有些工作人員很友好，比如Felix👍 自助早餐很美味，價格也貴，580比索/人，服務員問我們喝什麼，我們説cappuccino，結帳時被額外收取了 126比索/2杯cappuccino，原來除了美式其它的咖啡需另外付費，而他們並沒有事先告知。 入住時付款了50美元，我以為是按金，但退房時沒退回給我，説是服務税，每天10刀*5天，但我預訂房間的時候寫着價格已含所有費用… （平台已予解決） 4/1晚突然蚊子成災，還好我們4/2換去全包酒店，那家酒店一衹蚊子都沒有。

El hotel se ve muy nuevo y moderno, está, prácticamente dentro de la Plaza Puerto Cancún, la cual es de lo más nuevo en centros comerciales, con restaurantes finos y de todos tipo, hay Oxxo y Starbucks. Las habitaciones son de dos tipos, las que dan al océano y las que dan a la marina. Camas, ropa de cama y almohadas, excelentes. Baño, con aditamentos modernos y de buena calidad, muy bonitos. Personal muy amable. Muy recomendable este hotel, sobretodo para ir a la Plaza Puerto Cancún y para ir al centro, y al boulevard Kukulkán.

We left after the first night. It’s clean and lovely. It’s also very noisy at night with so many outside venues playing loud music it was just noise…you couldn’t even pic out a song you were hearing. The room was tiny. The pool and hot tub(?) were both cold and the pool tiny. The restaurant was expensive. If you don’t mind any of that it’s nice. The staff was nice and it’s a nice clean newer looking place.

The views are amazing and it's located in perfect area.

We love to stay on this hotel every time we visit Cancun. There is many choices of great restaurants around including the amazing breakfast this hotel offers. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Always treat us really nice. We’ll be back soon !

The resort is great and there are a variety of eateries and shopping on the premise. If you're looking for a one stop location, the Renaissance is ideal! However, if you are seeking alternate dining or experiences most other locations are about 15-20 min ride away. If you're staying 4 or more days you'll probably want to visit off premise locations to take in more scenes.

Good breakfast quality

酒店的位置很好，比鄰一個購物中心。吃飯很方便。 酒店服務很好，但房間有點潮濕，被子很濕很重，衞生間氣味相當重。我度過了難聞的三天。

We checked out one day early and basically already paid one additional day for two rooms, which come with breakfast for 4. We simply asked to have breakfast one day early and the hotel manager refused to accommodate. That’s really stingy and unaccommodating, not worthy of a four-star establishment.

The hotel offered the most enjoyable stay during our 3 days stay. The check-in was seamless, stay convenient and services offered were unique. We plan to recommend the hotel to our family and friends who plan to undertake a trip to Mexico City.

Staff is incredible very welcoming and available from pull up to departure. Restaurant staff is very attentive and friendly we stay on Isla Mujeres but this is our lay over stop for the night after flying in before traveling to the island the next morning i highly recommend The Hotel Renaissance Resort and Marina
