Easy booking and friendly staff. Room was clean and ideally placed.

A good location close to motorway North ,plenty of food options on site. A very polite and helpful lady at reception. Great night rest for onward journey North tomorrow

Was handy location for a visit to see my friend. Shame not all the staff on reception know about the way to get out so that you do not pay the tolls. The person who did know pulled out an A4 laminated card to show me so it is obviously a question they get asked a lot. Clean hotel and hand as in the same building as the services so easy access to grab something to eat.

Went there for 3 nights.. everything was ok except there was police knocked up at 5 o'clock in the morning and they opened my door and came in without my permission..I was in deep sleep..at the end they said it was their mistake.. horrible experience..how come they gave the key to my room from reception..next morning I informed reception .. there was other receptionist who tried to give explanation and gave me£10 voucher..but very terrible experience.

We have stayed here before because it is convenient for visiting friends half way through a longer journey. You can't fault the location and the price is reasonable. However, I expect the price to be reasonable because of its basic facilities, not because they skimp on adequate maintenance. On this occasion we were disappointed with the mould starting to appear around the bath, meaning that there was no way we were going to use it. As we were there for only one night and we had already had a long trek from the room to reception to get additional milk before we noticed the bathroom, we didn't feel there was any point in raising it with reception.

Ideal place to stay if you are on a budget. Clean, spacious room, clean bathroom, and easy access to the services 24/7. Even cheaper if you can time your travel to a week day rather than weekend. Only issue I had was very few disabled bays, and having mobility issues they are a godsend, but couldn't get in one.

We always stay here when visiting family. It was lovely and quiet at night, with no banging doors. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. You have to scan your card so they can debit 1p in case you wreck your room Everywhere is clean and tidy. Easy to park and find your way about.

Amazing friendly staff from check in to the cleaners. All very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our start.

Great value one night stay. Really impressed with the quality of the room for the price paid. The room had everything I needed and the bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. The two ladies on reception deserve a special mention for the very warm welcome I was given on arrival. They are a credit to the hotel and their help and information was very much appreciated.

It was what was expected for a motel. Staff were friendly and helpful and food available at the services was good if somewhat expensive. Wife stayed as well and was well looked after as she has mobility issues

A lovely warm welcome by AMY . She was nice and pleasant and very knowledgeable. Nice clean rooms and good size bed. Food service was great a good variety. Amy recommended a meal which was lovely thank you so much. Didn’t know this hotel was here will be returning

After breaking down we were unable to complete our first stay at Days Inn Corley so we stayed at the Days Inn at Norton Canes instead. The receptionist Eryn was very friendly & helpful & went above and beyond in helping us book the room for the night whilst being in contact with the other hotel. This made the situation less stressful for us. The house keeping staff were very helpful to us too.

Booked a dog friendly room through *********** price was okay, but then got a later email from Days Inn saying it was charging an extra £10 due to the dog. Disappointed, but kept the booking. Upon arrival, picked up the key and dumped all our luggage and dog stuff and headed off for the day. Arrived back in the evening, then noticed black mould around the bath, numerous stains on the settee. To be honest, it was not a clean room to start with so seems outrageous that clean and well behaved dog costs £10. Showering next morning (wife wouldn’t use the shower) the shampoo body wash bottle was empty, requiring several trips out the shower to get soap from the basin dispenser. Would not recommend.
